The cashier Emily bad customer service ever they need to show her how to be nice to people

Small place, with alot of stuff! Great customer service

They have a lot of sporting equipment packed onto this small space. Pretty good prices, but some things were a little over priced. The staff was really helpful and friendly

Bought a weight set. Staff was helpful and assisted with getting them to the car. Much appreciated.

Super busy but the employees handled it well. My only complaint would be upper mngmt not staffing appropriately.

Tried to purchase a knife. Seems like no one wanted to help. Finally some one helped after 15 minutes. Would only let me see one knife at a time. Could not compare knives . Did not purchase item.

Usually good, today very poor service by two associates. First associate we asked for assistance, she just pointed and brushed us off. I guess it wasnt her department. Another associate actually walked us over to where the product we were looking for is suppose to be and called someone to assist us. Unfortunately he must missed his break or something, instead of getting a helpful solution. We got attitude, kinda take it or leave it, so we went to the competition.

Ok need more selection of bike tires and tubes they just have a lil case by the register. But not to bad.

The employees are always nice and professional.. My favorite Big 5 even though it is not the closest one to my house i rather drive to this one. Stonewood mall is across the street and there is alot of places to eat around this area also.

They always have what is advertised here. I know that is how it should be but you would be surprised how many places I go to were they are out of their sale items or dont have my size. They have everything for your sporting needs there and the prices are not bad.

They were not able to help with my needs for a Coleman Lantern for which I needed to replace the florescent bulbs. I was hurt and very disappointed because my lanterns are in mint condition. If anyone knows where I can find florescent bulbs for the lanterns please advice. It would be greatly appreciated otherwise they did their best under the circumstances and they were young so they didnt go the extra mile to help look it up on their computers so I felt a bit slighted; like it wasnt important or they just didnt care to be more helpful.

The place is very welcoming. The staff give it an extra welcome when you walk in. Found exactly what I was looking for. My son came out very happy with his new cleats.

I went in there looking for snow gear and I was able to find everything I needed. I foundThe snow gloves, pants. I also found boots on sale. I am so glad I stopped by to big 5 instead of going else where.

Organized store, most of the employees were very helpful and kind. One guy in particular was border line rude. He rang me up two Saturdays ago. I wish I knew his name.

Realistically go knowing what you want and what is on sale and its a quick in and out. Lines are necer long and employees are cool and helpful.
