Very poor customer service since the guy dave has taken over. And he also has a man working for him at dover location that is very rude and almost thought he was goin to try and fight me. Boost should pull the franchise from them

Pakistani/Indian guy that either works and/or owns this place is very rude. He was assisting me with changing my phone and my SIM card and another customer came he told me he couldn’t help me to come back a different day (Thursday to be exact) because he needed to help the other customer that came after me. I told him that I would wait until he finishes with the customer so he could continue to assist me and he said no for me to come back. I told him that he was very rude and then he proceeded to tell me to never come back to his location. This man is very rude and he should be fired. If he owns the location then Boost needs to investigate his customer service and cancel his selling contract as he is giving Boost customer service a bad name.

The seller helped us to port the phone number. They understand our budget. They are much better and the cheapest than big name brands

This Pakistani guy takes advantage of people. My mother and father went their to switch from metro and the phones were supposed to be free. He charged them 200 for the phones. When my parents told me I called customer service to verify and sure enough style 5 phones were supposed to be free. Never do business with this guy He is a scammer.

Broke my phone lost data and visited here didnt pay for nothing i already had a phone and boost i just needed transfer info and number they helped no fees great service by manager and a employee, They Lit.
