Service department is always thorough abs does good work. They always recommend needed maintenance on my vehicle. I have never had any problems wit their work. Customer service is good as well. I gave 4 stars because the last time I visited the restroom door in the service area did not lock, which is not very ideal for women.

Used car sales needs to be given a customer service class, when you lie to customers and not return calls that does not make the dealership look good at all. An absolute waste of time when I was referred to go across the street to purchase a pick up with a guy name Andre Collins. Totally wasted my time for two days. I left and went to another dealership, and got a new vehicle right there on the spot and treated with respect.

He did do anything it took to get me a loan though To make sure he didnt spend 3 days on this for nothing.

If i could give a negative star i will! my truck was there for over a month, and they did not even checked it in!! originally i took the truck there to get it fixed because since well, its a dealer i thought it was going to be more effective and faster than any other shop. every week i would call and speak with Tim their service manager and he would say next week, your truck is next in line well that next week never happened... like i said they did not even checked it into their system, so to them, my truck was never there. i DO NOT recommend this dealer to anyone.

I always see Mike Sarini and I always receive exceptional service!!!Zena helped set up phone and showed me controls and she was fabulous!!I would never go anywhere else!!I currently am leasing a 2020 Escape, which I absolutely love except for the leather seats! I can feel the heating element through the seat and am extremely unhappy about that!!! It is uncomfortable !! I did run it by service department and was told there is nothing that they can do. It is a design flaw on Ford Motor Company and should be addressed. I am paying over $300.00 a month and should not have uncomfortable seats!!

I will never come back here. They sold me the worst used car charged way more then it was worth, truly made me think I got a good deal. Which was not the case at all! It has been a bummer ever since almost two years later. I will never recommend or come back here. They literally ruined my life.

I am very pleased with the excellent and professional service that I received at Jorgensen Ford. The went above and beyond, so I highly recommend them. I bought a set of 4 Pirelli tires for my vehicle and they automatically checked and met the lowest advertised price on them. In addition, the tire manufacturer had an additional $70 rebate for the set, and since I used my Ford Service Credit Card I got another $70 rebate for the set. The dropped me off at work, then picked me up from work when my vehicle was done. Furthermore, they called me and informed me that it was time for an oil change based on my maintenance record, which I appreciated because they did the work at the same time. When I picked up my vehicle, they had washed it and submitted both rebates online, which was another added bonus. Therefore, when I say that they went above and beyond my expectations, I really mean it. I felt that they appreciated my patronage. I could not expect more. Simply fantastic service!

Service Review: New Hybrid car was given 5w-20 oil instead 0w-20. I stated that I need 0w-20 since Ford recommended to use that on my car since the beginning. Response from the service regarding that - You still have a guarantee so drive it. They even forgot to reset oil change warning message. AVOID AT ALL COST THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE A HYBRID.

Not very pleased with the facilities. I was amazed at the decor. Looked pretty dirty in appearance early AM or mid afternoon. Not comfortable at all, without even WiFi. Unsatisfied with the entire experience and going to Miliken.

The body shop employees were not very professional. After paying over $10,000.00 I would expect to be updated on the status of my vehicle periodically and that when I call I expect to get a return call. I dont expect for a secretary to tell me that I dont care what you were told, thats not how it is! I expected that with my vehicle being in an accident that the vehicle would have been checked out bumper to bumper that was not the case. I wouldnt expect my vehicle to stop working a couple of hours after getting it back. I had 3/4 of s tank of gas, when I received my truck back it was less than a 1/4 full? Thats not right. I think it was pathetic that the owner, who it was explained what the situation was, made no effort to call back after he said he would call back. It took the person from the used car area to help us out. He took care of the situation and got back with us as he said he would. I think the service has gone down . My family has bought numerous vehicles from Jorgensen, never had a problem with some of the previous employees. They listened, they were personable. They were helpful. I work with the public, I have for many years, the key point is to listen carefully, make sure to keep them happy, and the customer is always right. When you have a good experience you tell your friends, when you have a bad experience you tell your friends. I will be calling Ford motor company to let them know of my experience. However, Ive never had a bad experience with my sales person, he was very helpful, but I dont know if Ill be back. Which Im sure you could care less.

It was a terrible experience. They gave me nothing on my trade. And they found a way to suck up all the A plan and rebates in their shady paperwork. Wish I had gone to another dealership. Longevity didnt matter... dont trust them.
