I called to check they were still doing battery replacements during the pandemic....they were and were very polite and nice during both phone calls. Jasmine was extra helpful about when a good time to come in was. The changing of the battery was great the guys took their time to do it right. I had an all-round great experience here and will be coming back for anymore car parts.

I went to the autozone on vernor and i needed help badly i ran into an employee Miguel, his aditude was great was alot of help he helped me tremendously and i just want to give him credit for that and i appreciate it

Husband was in line cashier helped people that came in after him, so of course he spoke up. Husband asked for part he needed associate lied said they didnt have it. The mechanic called had the part pulled. Very bad business. Make me wonder if it was a color problem. Hmmmmm

This Auto Zone is what you would expect in an Auto Zone. I stopped in to get an alternator tested. Which I like that they will test parts, charge batteries and check the check engine light for no charge. I an also a big fan of their tool borrowing program. You have to put a deposit down the amount varies depending on the tool. But thats to be expected how else would they be sure to get them returned.

I get all my stuff from here.

Ordered a part this morn at 11:02 am and was told they have 3 deliveries a day. My would be in between 2:00 and 3:00 pm today. I called at 4:00 pm and asked where my part was and the woman who answered said she didn’t see it on the email list. It would probably be in later. I asked what time and she said, “5:30 pm or so, have a nice day” and hung up the phone before I could ask if I could pick it up myself. Don’t lie to me when I order and pay for a part now. I would have went someplace else if I was told the truth in the first place.

They are ready to help you as soon as you walk in the door .i will give them my business for sure. Great Employees friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store to everyone.

People here are really nice. I had a defective part and didnt want it anymore, but they did not allow me to return the product. They said they can only replace it when it clearly says return in 90 days on the receipt. Overall i like autozone and will prob go back, as long as they take my valid returned item back lol

Went in to buy fuses and hand sanitizer. An employee was on his personal phone talking while the other was working the register. Not very good customer service if you dont know what you sell. I wont return to this location.
