Their new showroom is spectacular. Travis was our contact; he is so knowledgeable and helpful.Our remodeling is finished, but if we need anything, we go straight to Ultra for any hardware or fixture we may need. Travis is a phone call or an email away. Service is fast and efficient; I would definitely recommend them.

We had a problem with one of our large rain shower heads that was all due to us. Travis Bland at Ultra took it in, arranged to repair it and explained how it had to be installed correctly in order to avoid any future issues. Ultra not only sells well designed plumbing and lighting fixtures, their after sales service is second to none.
