Dealing with this store has been a literal nightmare. I have been given the run around for weeks. Today, I called the store after receiving an email that my delivery (scheduled 2 days from now) was canceled. I was told I would receive a call back “shortly” and never did. Upon calling again to follow up, I was told that they got “busy.” After spending almost $7000.00 on brand new appliances, I expected better and more consistent customer service.The President’s Day sale was not worth the stress or the hassle.

Absolutely the worst appliance purchase experience Ive ever seen. Pacific sold us about $6000 of appliances, and we paid for installation service etc through the Total Tech Support plan. Nothing was fully or properly installed, even after months of waiting for our appliances to come in - a delay that we werent told about when we ordered.On our first install, the third party installer didnt show up. Didnt call, didnt reschedule, on an 8 hour install window. When we rescheduled, they told us it would be a week before another appointment was available.When the third party installation team showed up to install our stove, they told us (incorrectly) that there was not the required shutoff valve and refused to do the install. We had to do it ourselves. The shutoff, as required, was within six feet and was easily visible and in plain sight.The next appointment was for the fridge, and they couldnt locate the water line attachment point. It was in the basement, directly below the fridge, with an old line still attached. They did not install the water line, and Im having to do it myself.When the washer and dryer finally showed up, months after ordering, we were told that a threading adapter was necessary for the dryer. They do not stock this, even though its effectively the same size that our stove uses. We rebooked the appointment (no openings for two weeks) and were told that the adapter was wrong, and asked to rebook. According to our contract, this would be an accessory and should have been included.The desk staff offered absolutely no help, and simply said that all installation is third party and they have no say over what equipment is included or how the install goes.Save your money and time, go to a real appliance store, and avoid this place like the plague.

Ryan was a delight to work with while we were redoing our kitchen. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of our appliance options and helped us pick the best ones for our needs. We had many setbacks along the way including backorders and damaged appliances and Ryan and his team took care of all them seamlessly. Even though none of our issues were his fault, Ryan went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of and even lent us and oven and fridge to use during the backorder. I would highly recommend purchasing your appliances from him.
