Had 2 tires replaced 2 weeks ago. They were friendly and accommodatingand new tires run fine.. However, the very next day I noticed that both wheels had Deep scratches from their machine or person doing the mounting/ balancing does not know how to properly mount/dismount expensive 19 wheels or used incorrect bar for changing... I would have gone back but what will they do?? The damage has been done.

Good price for my tire change and oil change. Owner was Brazilian lady, such a sweetheart. I did my laundry while they change all that for me. Happy day

ALIGNMENTS AND DISHONESTY . I had made 2 attempts with shop to resolve and no luck. If a shop has a deal on Groupon .. RUN FAST! I waited 2 hours for an alignment with I called 15 mins prior to confirm they had a lift available. One of the worst jobs I have had on my truck. I have 260k driving it so I know when it’s not right. Truck shakes and drifts. Look under and the balance weights after visiting the shop are gone… shady stuff guys. You can see the newly touched areas on the brake dust and see the hand marks where they were. Never again would I let this shop touch my truck

Most trustworthy place around. I have been to more car service centers than I can remember in the last 40 years and can not believe I stumbled upon this place. The owners and staff are amazing and the service here is the best you will find. This is a family business and they have the most reasonable prices along with quality of care. I trust them enough to recommend them to all my family and friends and know they will be taken care of. We come here not just for tires but all vehicle repairs.

Every time that we need any service related to what they provide, we give preference to this place, and every time, the owner Lorena is arrogant with my husband in front of other customers, this is not professionalism. We had a problem and they said they would take us right away and did. They couldnt have been more helpful and more honest. My tire had a nailin it and they charged $10 to patch it. Of course they could have told us we needed a new tire. I wont go anywhere else. Highly recommend them as they are reliable and trustworthy. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Been here a few times for various small issues and tires, and I have to say that this is now my go-to place for any non-warranty issues. Lorena and Arthur are both hard working and always aim to please. They are both very professional, honest and get the job done while you wait (usually). I dropped my previous mechanic and only go here now. The place is clean, the garage area is clean and professional and makes you comfortable knowing your car is being serviced there. Cant go wrong here.

The customer service here is amazing!! My tire pressure light came on and I found a tear and thought I needed the entire tire replaced. (my tires have a lot of tread left so obviously this was disappointing) As soon as I entered the shop I was greeted and taken care of very quickly. I got a call saying they checked it to make sure it wasn’t leaking and added air in my tires, she said the tear was superficial and she couldn’t charge me for a tire replacement if it isn’t needed. I wish I knew the girls name so she could get more recognition!! Completely in awe with the honesty and care they took on my car, I highly recommend this place and will go here for any future car needs

I was about to embark on a road trip up north when I discovered that I had low tire pressure and this bolt in my tire. I headed over to The Tire Place USA as they were only about a mile away. They had a great attitude and took care of my tire right away. I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes! The price was fantastic as well. I highly recommend them!

I went in to get a tire patched, the guy took the tire off and fully inspected it and explained it wasnt worth repairing because it had bubbled up.They replaced my 2 rear tires, it was quick and efficient without any ad on prices for mounting and balancing. The tires are high quality at a great price.The service is friendly, efficient, professional, I would definitely return to this shop if I need tires or anything else done.

This place is very expressive and they always tell you something else is wrong with your car instead of fixing what you ask them to fix. & Furthermore they only sale new tires that cost 100 dollars if you go there for anything about your tires. Theyll talk you into buying them 100 tires instead. I watched them do it to people and after they got me. But you can get a warranty with any major work.

I needed a flat tire fixed. Went to The Tire Place expecting the often condescending attitude found in car repair places toward older females and of course a long wait. Also worried I would be convinced I needed new tires for hundreds of dollars. Instead, I was seen immediately, I said repair the tire if you can, and less than a half hour later my car ready, and the price for a plug was very reasonable. I went out of a tire store smiling!

I needed tocto 4 tires on an SUV. Dropped the car off at 11am and they told me 1.5 hours. Exactly at 12:30 I received a call to pick up the car. Very fast and clean place and extremely reasonably priced.Husband and wife are very nice and accommodating.

Used to be able to get in and out pretty quickly now its just not the same place since they changed owners I stopped in and tried to get a tire and waited 15 minutes while 4 people went back and forth talking about the car in front of me they told me to give them my keys and wait but I just left went around the corner this is 3 times Ive tried. If youre in a hurry this isnt the place to go other than that if you have time they are nice people reasonable prices

Fast, friendly service, knowledgeable employees and they get the job done fast.After leaving a tire shop down the street that didnt have my tires after telling me they did, I googled and found this as the nearest shop--so I went.I have so say I am extremely pleased with my decision and glad I found this shop. Since then I sent my girlfriend for a tire, which they ultimately didnt sell her as she didnt need one after checking out the nail that was in it wasnt really a nail (!! amazing, right?).Anyway, great place and great people. And they also do other things that might need to be taken care of, like an oil change, or bake pads, etc at reasonable prices! I walked out to my car to find a nail in my tire. I came on yelp to find the closest tire repair spot, which was a different company. I called to find out the cost and they didn’t even off lee but explained to me that they couldn’t take me because they needed to get closed up for the door. They were open for another 45 minutes. I called The Tire Place and was greeted by a friendly voice that told me to come right over. While they did already have a number of cars up on lifts they took me right away. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. They were pleasant and provided great customer service.

I love this shop. Ive brought my car here, my girlfriends car, and my Class-B RV van. They have always done great work. Fast. And for a good price. I foolishly took my van to another place across the street yesterday because someone recommend them for my van. The other shop said their equipment (its abigger shop) couldnt lift my van. The Tire Place had no problem and I was out the door right away. Im sorry I dont remember the name of the lady who helped me yesterday but she knows her stuff, dont let her age fool you. Paid $35 for a used tire. I couldnt have been more satisfied. The tire was essentially new. By the looks of it, It must have gotten virtually no use but had to be sold as used for whatever reason. Now lets compare this $35 purchase for a used tire to what youd pay for a used tire at most other used tire shops, which is roughly $25. The $35 one is worth at least $100. The $25 one is worth what you pay for it if not less because the tread will always be badly worn down. Im done with those rinky-dinky used tire shops. Now that I discovered this place, Ill be buying used tires here from now on. Also, the wait time was short enough and the service was friendly. Highly highly recommend this place

My coworker raved on about how great this place was! About a year ago, I needed new tires for my BMW 3 series and I brought my car here and ended up getting run flats for a great price. Fast forward to now, I just purchased a Porshe Macan and wanted to get its oil changed and the car inspected since I purchased it used and wanted some peace of mind. I brought my car here on my lunch break (first come, first serve place- both times barely had to wait) and they did the oil change for me and inspected my car. They changed the oil and said everything looked great. They easily could have tried to sell me on things I didnt need like most dishonest mechanics trying to make an extra buck in the area. They are beyond HONEST, friendly and knowledgable. I HIGHLY recommend The Tire Place USA. Its also a plus its a family owned small business! Im so thankful to have found this place

Very friendly staff and very reliable. I brought my car to another mechanic and he said I should change the tie rods and cv axle and when the mechanic checked the CV axle he said it looked great and all I needed to do was to change the tie rods. I recommend this shop for whoever wants honesty and affordable prices. Thumbs up

Great place for automotive repair. Inexpensive and they do a great job. I have been there twice for tires and it usually costs around $50, installed! They also offer basic maintenance.
