I got my transmission on my f 250 rebuilt by them and it went again in a week. Brought it back in and they fixed it under warranty but it took them almost a month to do it. Then I was towing a 23 ft boat 2 weeks later and it went out on me again and they said that they would fix it one more time under my one year warranty and then they were taking. The warranty away because they thought that I drove the truck too hard. Which I did not. After they fixed it the last time it went out again 3 weeks later just as I was driving down the road and they would not fix it again under my warranty. They could never get it right and always took forever to fix it. I then went to another shop and paid for the transmission to be rebuilt again and I have never had a problem since. It has been about 4 months now. Obviously they have no idea what they are doing at this shop and I would never ever go there again.
