Hello! I bought 5 doors from the headquarters in Pacurari, Iasi on October 10th. Miss telling us that they will arrive on the 25th. They did not arrive, after many phone calls and many lies, the doors arrived without three frames. My experience with this company is the following: on June 8, 2020 I ordered 6 doors and the measurements were made. On June 11, we transferred 50% of the amount and we were assured that the delivery would take about 50 days. I waited for the door until September 17 (100 days), when I firmly gave up the order and asked for a refund. The transfer of the money to the account lasted a week, during which we were served a series of embarrassing reasons. The relationship with Mrs. The administrator of Bella Casa Pacurari was either non-existent (we did not receive any phone calls in 100 days), or at our insistence we were obviously lied to.I do not recommend.

I will summarize a few times my experience with BellaCasa Iasi:I placed an order for 5 doors on 05.12.2019 (for which I paid 50% in advance) following the measurements taken by this lady Simona Alexandru. The delivery term established by mutual agreement was between 20-25.01.2020.After many postponements, phone calls to the Bucharest headquarters, scandal, I received the doors on 06.03.2020.When assembling, absolutely none of the doors fit, the measurements being made completely wrong, all the doors were smaller. One of the doors was not even the ordered size. I have attached to this review some images to give you an opinion about what I am talking about. You see at one of the doors they wanted to leave the old frame and mount the new one over :)) and they didnt even fit.Obviously in these conditions I did not accept the products and I asked for their return.I agreed to take the doors back and return my money until 21.03.2020 (agreement given in writing, cancellation invoice made to the company)Today is March 30, 2020 and I still havent received the money, after 2 phone calls, I was lied to again, with the same shamelessness, as in the situations when my doors had to be delivered. I dont know when I will get my money back, I probably really have to take it to court as there seems to be no other solution.Folks, I can honestly tell you that I have never met such a man as this Mrs. Simona Alexandru in my life: she remembers freezing the waters, she has no trace of common sense or words. Its amazing how for some money some people can go down so low.I recommend you to stay as far away from her and this business if I can call her that, otherwise she will eat your days, I tell you as honestly as possible.

In these 2 weeks in which I was still postponed with the installation, I was offered a hilarious reason, namely, that he has no one to bring them from Bucharest. However, after it was announced that the assembly company would come to mount on day x, I woke up waiting alone without being notified in advance so as not to block the way to the apartment on the site and to wait for useless hours. Serious company, no joke. I would not recommend it to enemies either.
