Wonderful place to go. Everyone had a wonderful attitude, and I didn’t have to get rude unlike at the redan store.

They selling fake shoes. Or at least the Jordan 1s. Highly advise you not to waist your money at this location.

This store epitomizes everything wrong with the culture of sneakers and the greed of these store managers. I literally had to guess the size of a sneaker to get the MANAGER to tell me what size she had available. They are obviously selling shoes out the backdoor. Watched a line of over 20 people gather for over a hour just to come out and say she only had ONE PAIR. I plan on contacting their corporate headquarters, and see if it can trigger a audit, as to when her second chance stock was really sold. Hibbett and City Gear are the worst by far in backdooring their remaining stock to friend and family.

Whoever is responsible for managing this store needs to work with their employees on providing better customer service. I called about an order online to pick up the next day and I greeted by someone who had a really funky attitude. Whoever she was seemed bothered by me asking question about a order I am picking up the next day.Her remark was literally Im sorry Im trying to help you but there are only two people here today and i have customers in the store! In other words she doesnt have time to sit there and take my call because she has other customers in the store! What kind of customer service is that??? Hello.. I AM a customer too in case she forgot!!I honestly wouldnt recommend anybody shop this store if this is the caliber of service they are providing to people buying from here! If it wasnt for the fact that my order was being picked up at that location I wouldve cancelled and went with another location or store immediately! Buyer Beware!

Cool place to go shopping

Never will shop here again. I told the cashier I was picking up an online order that was a gift from someone else. The lady asked me several times what’s the name on the order with an attitude. She finally found my order then called another rep over the phone to make sure it was paid for. OBVIOUSLY, if it was ordered online, it was paid for already. I quickly left the store. Idiot! Never again!

I have been shopping at this store for nearly 5 years. It was my favorite place to shop. I have never had a problem with the staff until recently. The young man who use to be the store manager for a number of years had excellent customer relations. But the young lady now that works at the front desk, I think shes one of the supervisors has terrible customer service skills. Her name is Emmaalet. She speaks in a very condescending and confrontational manner. She needs better training.

The security guard there is super cute. Prices are fair. I like the outfit I purchased.

Customer service suck two women at desk didn’t ask us if we need help we never got serve. Don’t recommend this location for no one

On Sunday they close at 6 but on the website it say it closes at 8
