Jas really went above and beyond what we’d have expected - not only did she thoroughly make sure we were getting exactly what we needed at the price that made the most sense for us by asking us questions and looking into everything available, but when the power and WiFi suddenly kept going out along the entire street at the tail end of wrapping us up, she did everything she could think of along with the manager to get us finished up so we wouldn’t have to come back. In the end, I still had to go back the next day for the last part, but I didn’t mind because I knew how hard they tried! And frankly was surprised at just how nice she was and how much it seemed to matter to her to do the right thing. It’s so rare that anyone in that position would even try or care or be so kind, and it left an impression. It’s sad that a place stuck out for treating us like human beings that mattered 😉, but such is the world we live in. We’ll definitely go back anytime we need anything else! Thanks, y’all!!

Helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Genuinely friendly - not fake “I want to sell you something” friendly. Angel helped us as soon as we walked in. I had smashed my screen and was 2 weeks short of an upgrade; she worked some magic and was able to apply the upgrade early. Her coworker Richie helped make it go smoothly. And both of them kept us laughing while we were waiting for the downloads, activation, etc. Our experience was so much better than previous experiences in Verizon-run stores. Also there is free 2-hour public parking in the garage next door.

Ryan provided superior service to me today as I upgraded to the Samsung A51. His knowledge of the phone exceeded my expectations, and his demeanor was of the utmost professionalism today.

I call them Jazz-ica (Jazz and Jessica), and they were extremely helpful after I lost my iPhone X. They found me the best and most cost-efficient solution for both replacing my phone and paying off my coverage contract. If you have to replace an iPhone, this is the place to be. Apple Geniuses dont know the ins and outs of coverage contracts. These ladies do and they know everything about the phones as well. Great deal. Great service. And incredibly helpful and friendly.

After giving up on using Xfinity Mobile (XM) and on being able to get help at their store I decided to switch to Verizon. After a very short wait at the Decatur store, Jessica clearly explained my options with Verizon and then started to extract me from XM. It was Crazy Complicated and took over an hour but Jessica worked through it all with great competence, grace, cheerfulness, and some sensible multitasking during the phone calls with Xfinity. Ill be recommending that Decatur Verizon store to everyone!

Two thumbs up for Mike!! Ive never been so happy to spend money. I came in thinking I knew the best plan for me, but he asked a couple of questions and suggested a plan that was a much better fit. He had my phone activated and service switched over from my former carrier in a matter of minutes. Then he went the extra mile and downloaded apps I could use to track my usage and payments, added a flashlight to my sweep-down menu so it was easier to access, and showed me how the Samsung Pay feature works (and its way cool). I walked out wishing I had made the switch a lot sooner. I will be recommending Mike and TCC Decatur to others -- service above and beyond the call!

Staff was unwilling to help and provide basic information, such as prices for different phones and plans. All three employees were busy on their personal phones instead of helping the customers in the store. Left and made my purchase at another Verizon location. Extremely disappointed with this experience.

The TCC team gets very high marks from me. If I could leave a six star review I would. Having a complicated situation handled so seamlessly left me super impressed. Verizon wins on over the phone support and the TCC store in Decatur wins on in the store support.

Went and they were closed. Sign said for 10 minutes but it was definitely longer so I left. Another customer came and then also gave up. Call to make sure someone is there before you go.

Its a new business here. All the representatives are very helpful and nice people. They try to find me the cheapest plan and give me a discount on accessory. They are also very good looking. Overall, I will give it a five-star. I think they can get some special promotions to attract more customers since they just open this new verizon tcc store.

Awesome Decatur Verizon store if you need a new phone or accessories. Jessica (store manager) and Jasmine, my sales associate did everything to see that I was familiar with my new Samsung Note 9 and had all the bells and whistles before I left the store. Jasmine is very patient with answering questions and didnt let anyone jump ahead or interrupt while I was making my selection and purchases. fyi, I ended up walking in to shop because the other Verizon store at Blackmon showed me the phone, would have sold it to me in-the-box, and actually did tell me to search on UTube for how to learn and use the new device. My husband and I went in today so I could get a new phone. I had had my old phone for a while so I was somehwat rusty on what I needed to do, and what phone to choose. When we went in there it was about 3pm and there was only one guy working. I cannot remember his name, I think it started with an L. I told him I would like to get a new phone, so he pulled up our account and asked me what phone I wanted. I told him I was not sure and asked if he had suggestions based on what I currently had. He told me my only in store android options were either the Samsung Galaxy 8 or the LG G6. He basically left me to choose blind, offering me no details about either. Though he did seem like he wanted me to choose the Samsung, maybe they get a kick back because it is the newest? Either way, I ended up choosing the LG. Once I had chosen, he immediately set me up with a bundle, 2 options in fact, that I did not have the money for today. I told him about both offers I would have to come back another day when I was better prepared. Seeing as how the associate was offering no help, my husband said, Can she get just the phone? He was not even going to give that as an option I assume. I understand the point of a business is to make profit, but I almost left empty handed because he was so unhelpful. Finally the transaction was finished, and very seemingly annoyed he handed me my bag. I left somewhat in shock at the whole situation, almost regretting it all. I am human, I understand people have bad days, I just wish I could have gotten more help. I love Verizon, but not the way I was treated today.
