Ive had this phone for 2 months and employee, Tiffany Maple, sold me my plan. She took all my info including account username and password. Today she called me wanting me to give her money, I refused. 30 mins later my account was suspended for lost or stolen phone. I called 800cricket and because Tiffany or whoever she gave my info to had to be resposmible for this well I cannot turn my phone back on. The employees at this store got to be doing this identity theft to others. PLEASE JOIN ME FOR PROTEST AT THIS STORE AT 9AM TUESDAY OCT. 6. PLEASE HELP ME TO SHOW THE PUBLIC THAT BIG BUSINESS CANT JUST EXHORT AND ROB US. I WILL HAVE INFORMATION TO VERIFY THIS TRAGEDY!

Not happy at all with Cricket! They promote such great coverage areas but I literally live right in the middle of town and couldnt get any service in my house! We spent the money to change to Cricket then they refused to give us our money back even after they did an investigation into why we couldnt get service and told us we was in a NO coverage area. The maps they have showed full 4g coverage at our house. False advertising and I lost even more money having to switch service again!

Worked there shortly.. I asked to get off 5 min early to go get my seizure meds bc I was completely out and hadnt had any for almost 2 days and got told no.. I was learning to closing yes but what are u ganna teach me in 5 minutes how to lock the door.. I just wanted to go get my meds bc I need them so I dont have seizures.. She told me to leave when I got there to go get them but they werent even ready yet.. I tried to tell the manager that and she wouldnt listen to me just kept talking over me and wouldnt listen..i ended up leaving..Got told I couldnt smoke in my truck even tho there was was more than one of us there(3 that day). But yet the manager(was on break) and the assistant manager (that wasnt on break) was allowed to go sit in the managers truck for 30 and smoke with her and I was left in the store by myself while they were allowed to smoke in the managers truck.. How does that work for some and not the others.. Ok for them to do it but I got told no for smoking in my truck.. That place is a joke!!
