Edit: Bad faith attitude and service. I had visited before and received great service for individual printing, copying, and scanning. Today, they denied me the service by saying that making signs is their only service provided. A bunch of printers there and they werent able to print me one single paper

Really great experience with this staff. This is the second time I have used them for my consulting business! This time they took an idea for a banner with a special graphic that I can use to visually help clients track where they are and where they want to be in a very interactive way. Great Experience with Alberto & Arlene... Our Law Firm needed a very important poster to be printed (LAST MINUTE) and they achieved an amazing poster in 30 minutes. Will be working with them in the future!!!!!

I guess smaller jobs have no interest to them. I had to constantly contact them to get a status on a quote, then I even drove out of my way so they could measure my truck to get a proper quote for exact sizing. Once I was there the guy that measured my truck was super nice so i have no complaints. Im not reviewing the working staff, however the individual(s) that should be in constant communication with customers and on their toes is not doing their job. Its been nearly 3 weeks since Ive taken my truck in for measurements and Ive YET to hear back from them. If you cant do the job, or dont want to do the job - just be honest and say so. Im not wasting anymore of my time with this company, Ill be taking my current and future business elsewhere to a company that actually follows up and communicates with customers. No sense in giving away hard earned money on a company that couldnt care less.

I have never needed signs in my life and I didn’t know where to start but these guys went above and beyond for me and my needs, from the moment I made the first call the lady who answered the phone to the dudes who made the signs... Would definitely go back there if I need more signs, prices was also pretty good, no complaints from me :)

I had a great experience in the store with Alberto, I was told once my order was placed there would be a 24hr turn around and the an additional 24hr turn around for revisions, but once I left the store it went BAD. I place my order, and hadnt heard from them, I called after almost 2 weeks and spoke to Alberto who took my name and number and said he was checking to see what happened with my order, but after 2 days of waiting I never heard back from him, so today I finally canceled my order, but even then I didnt receive a return call. This one of the worse experiences Ive had in quite a while.

I was driving on the highway near the davie location on 595 when a driver in one of the trucks that clearly displayed Fast Signs logos flew by me and almost totaled my car and wouldve killed me. I was on my way to school around 1030 am when it happened. I was merging into highway traffic, had my blinker on to indicate I was merging, my surroundings were clear and as I was moving to the left, the truck sped past me and if it wasnt for the fact that I still had room to move back to the right hand lane I would not be alive to write this review. Unfortunately I was unable to get the license plate number because he was driving at an insane speed but I will be contacting Fast Signs because it is unacceptable for their drivers to be reckless.Update: I appreciate the quick response. In the moment my priority was focused on my life (as well as those around me) rather than attempting to find a number that could have been anywhere on the car. I didnt have time to capture the license plate let alone look for a phone number, the individual was driving at an unreasonable speed nor using their appropriate signals while driving.

I was in a pinch and Fastsigns not only was able to meet my short deadline, we received a quality products with kind professional service. Thank you Fastsigns for your help in making our events beautiful.
