I called to arrange a quote for our business a few weeks ago and was promised the work would be completed in time for a major event were hosting this weekend. I never received the design mock-ups, and the work is not complete. I called a couple of times earlier this week and was told Id receive a project update, via return call, the same day. Didnt happen. Ive called several times the past two days and no one answers.Bottom line? This company over promises and under delivers. The customer service is horrible. Do not trust them with time-sensitive work as they are incapable of basic communication.

Asked to have work done. Assured we would get called back. Still have not heard back after 2 weeks. We called someone else. This is my second experience with the same issue. First time I had to go physically in to get done what i needed.

They do good work. Occasionally difficult to get ahold of but Ive been completely satisfied. Plan on getting menus printed there next week too
