If I could give them 0 stars I would… the laziest dealership ever!!! Tried to purchase a vehicle through their online process to have it delivered it took days for them to reach out to go over everything… the sales men was rude and found every possible excuse to not answer the phone, or to return a text or email. They are clearly misinformed on out banks and financing works because every other dealership I spoke too could help me but they didn’t have a vehicle I was interested in these guys just simple said we’re not even going to try even though I had allThe paper work they needed. They then demanded I came in to give them all the paperwork when I asked if I could email it since it’s all digital anyway and I didn’t wanna sit in there all day for nothing since they seem to not want to sell anything they said I could come in and print it out using their copy machine… can they be any lazier? How are they in business??? How do they sell cars with this attitude??!

None of the employees are on the same page. I had 3 DIFFERENT people tell me the same exact thing and then they were incorrect and instead of fixing the issue they told me I was out of luck that there was nothing they could do. If you want correct information go elsewhere. I would NOT recommend anyone I know to buy a car from here. It’s sad that their sales manager, finance manager and salesmen all have incorrect information! They string you along until you have little to no time to fix an error on their part. They don’t like to return calls and you will have to be the one to keep getting at them to know anything that’s going on.

I was nervous to go in because I dont have great credit but they were able to get me into a really nice brand new car. Carmack car capital is full of liars!!! If u have other options for places to go, go with them! They tell people 1 thing then turn around and try doing something else. The sales manager there is a joke! Hes the biggest liar of them all. We tried trading in a 2018 Honda Civic and they said they cant accept it as a trade but they can put us in a brand new 2019 Honda Civic without the trade. That being said just 3 days ago they were gonna take it as a trade for a 2019 Hyundai Sonata. The place is a joke and I will NEVER go back there. And before they say in a response that I have never been a customer as a lot of places do, I am a customer. The car isnt in my name but I am the customer. I pay for it and I chose the car when we got it.

I recently was involved in a accident that involved two others and myself(fortunately no one was seriously injured). This couldnt have happened at a worst time for me especially to lose my only means of transportation . Thankfully I knew what I needed and wanted so I went to Car Mack Car Capital,where I met with Brady McGhee and the car mack team. They went above and beyond to get me what I needed and more. I had been car shopping for about a week when I had gone into Carmack. I had found out my current car needed $3500 worth of work to the engine and could completely stop running at any time. I thought this was going to be a painful process due to my credit score and having 8k+ negative equity in the vehicle I had. I was referred to Austin Christians to help me with the process of looking for a safe vehicle with a warranty, while still being within my price range. While all of the employees I have encountered at Carmack have been fantastic, I felt Austin went above and beyond in order to earn my business. He was AMAZING! He made the whole process easier, and made me feel like he was there for ME and my best interest, not to just sell me any ole car in order to make a sale. Not only did he discuss vehicles and what my options would be, he also discussed how I could manage my credit score, what websites to use to keep me on track, and some steps I would probably need to take to increase my score (I was burned on a car sold to me by Toyota about 4 years ago). I am so happy I now have a brand new car with a bumper to bumper warranty up to 100,000 miles! He absolutely has my business for any new vehicle I may need in the future, and I will continue to refer anyone I know that is looking for a vehicle to him!

I was about to settle with my local dealership a couple days ago but Carmack beat that price, so I paid them a visit today. I was ready to seal the deal with their final offer but apparently they made a mistake with the pricing and the upper manager tells me I cant get the deal. Trust me when I say this, these guys will lie to you so dont trust the numbers on the proposal or quote. They will try to force the deal on you at the end and give you attitude but dont budge and walk out. Make sure you document all the proposals that they give you so you can use it against them, but do yourself a favor and dont even bother consider this dealership.

My experience at the dealership was very pleasant. Ladies, I’m sure you have had some horror stories when purchasing a car. Let’s be honest, a lot of dealerships can be down right sleazy and sexist towards us. A lot of women will not go to a dealership without a male (father, brother, spouse, friend) accompanying them. I visited Car Mack’s website and inquired about a few cars. Austin Christians contacted me via text and email. What I immediately noticed is how Austin was not your average desperate sales man, anxious to get you to the dealer ship, and making false promises. We corresponded for maybe a few weeks or so. My credit is not the best, but Austin suggested we meet up to see what they could do. Upon meeting him, he was very warm like a college buddy. The other sales guys were also very laid back, not desperate to steal customers. Austin was very kind and professional. Again, my credit is not the best, but Austin was very encouraging. There was no pressure for me to purchase a car I didn’t like. I ended up financing a real nice 2015 vehicle. The process was not an all day process. They gave me a decent amount for my trade in. The guy in finance, I forget his name, but he’s a clean shaven bald guy, who may be biracial or Hispanic. He was real cool. The guy who sits in the front, towards the left, with dark hair and glasses, he is also real cool. This was the first time I purchased a car alone, and the process was stress free. A few weeks later a nice looking family purchased the car I traded in. How cool is that?

I was not satisfied with the final condition of the complete detail job on my car. I feel like more could have been done to take it to five star level even if it /may have cost more.08/27/18 update: I still have not received a call from Carmack car capitol to bring my car back per the please bring it back request. Subsequently I called and left a message with the lady at the detailing center and still I have received no follow up reply. theres a chance this was a P.R. move to apologize for less than perfect work and not call and follow through.i would say Avoid this place and try Hightowers detailing for a thorough job. Thats what i ended up doing.
