Very unprofessional, would advise avoiding this company. Tried to have a shipment picked up and took days for the warehouse to have it delivered. For about a week we could not get an explanation as to why our shipment was not pick up.Would strongly advise avoiding this place.

Please try to avoid this facility. They put 47k to truck when in ratecon was 17k. Also if you see that TQL selling a load. When we arrived to off load truck as we explained to the TQL and to the shipper that we cannot be reload and going to NJ, as need to be home, it was on Friday. They take off the product. And that they load driver again. And they should keep a product in our trailer till TQL find the next truck. They thought we are a cross dock or what??? Strongly recommend to avoid this facility and loads with TQL

The worse place we have ever been to.Stuff is disorganized and lie about the weight of loads - they put 48k instead of 17k lbs.
