Great job!

Very, very poor customer service!My vehicle was at his shop for OVER 7 months. Its an older vehicle with low mileage. I asked for used parts. I called repeatedly and got a variety of excuses or NO response at all as to why it was taking so long.Finally I went 2 weeks in a row in October to pick it up. More excuses!I got a $250 discount for it taking so long. I still was given multiple excuses and he even tried to blame us for his used parts being a poor match!?End result- I had to take it somewhere else to have the hood painted, then to get an alignment done, the headlights were never adjusted on a vehicle with front end damage, and the interior was never even cleaned up from all the broken glass!!I could go on about his excuses, but I wont.Bottom line- BUYER BEWARE! Customer service is not his ultimate goal!
