Alex R. provides outstanding service. She is extremely knowledgable and patient. Because of manufacturers production challenges during the pandemic, it can be difficult to get needed parts in a timely fashion. Alex researched availability, pursued answers from warehouses and suggested sensible strategies. Dealing with Alex made a stressful process manageable and now we have just what we need. I recently completed a full master bath renovation, purchasing all of our fixtures (tub, toilet, sinks and even mirrors from TORRCO and I was delighted with all! Tina was most helpful in guiding me throughout the process and continued her great customer service even after the bathroom was completed! We are currently undertaking a long awaited kitchen make over. Torrco Design Center was recommended to us when we were shopping for our new sink and faucet. We worked with Alex Radachowsky. After explaining what we were looking for, she helped us pick out a beautiful Julien Prochef sink and the perfect Moen faucet. Now that they are finally installed, we could not be happier. The advice we received from Alex was excellent and the customer service was outstanding. The price we were quoted was several hundred dollars less than another showroom we visited. Working with Torrco has been the easiest part of our project!

I have shopped and purchased here several times. Whether I purchased at the time or not, the staff has always been extremely helpful. I recently purchased bathroom accessories from Katie who was super helpful. The pricing was less expensive than local competitors and arrived even faster than predicted.

Torrco Design Center has an incredible array of products and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Their accounting system is right out of the Middle Ages though, and after some calculations I might have been overcharged by a few dollars. Not a problem, I have a beautiful bathroom, but please folks develop a billing system that is 21st century.

Thanks to the folks at Torrco in Danbury, I now have a stunning new master bathroom! I worked with Janet throughout my project, she is truly wonderful. She spent so much time with me reviewing options and creating the design for my bathroom, and kept me updated about when my items were delivered throughout the process. When there was a manufacturing delay on a key item for the project, she informed me immediately and worked with me to quickly find a solution so as to not delay the project.
