From start to finish Stanley Auto Group Brownwood exceeded my expectations! This is by far the best car buying experience I’ve had! Charys Leal was fantastic to work with - friendly, communicative and went above and beyond to answer all my questions. They even delivered the car to my home (3 hours away!) for a test drive! The entire experience was top notch!!! THANK YOU to all involved - Charys, Marcus, Glenn and Martha! You make the car buying experience great!

My son bought a new Ram from Stanley Auto in Brownfield and had a good experience. He recommended them to me, got may okay and then gave my contact info to the salesperson. I was contacted and made arrangements to look at a used truck. At the same time my son was working on upgrading to a larger truck through the dealership with the same sales person. I purchased my truck and the next day got a call from my son wanting to know if I had authorized use of my credit information on the purchase of his truck. I DID NOT authorize, when directly asked about this the general manager said to my daughter-in-law, that the salespersons were acting in their best interest. It seems to me that the sales staff was working in someones best interest, their own!. Save yourself some grief and bypass this dealership!

The only reason Im giving 1 stars is because I love the vehicle Im purchasing if they had an option for 0 it would be my first choice. I begin to purchase my vehicle on January 31,2018 and was able to talk to the lady on the phone about payments and everything needed for the vehicle. After purchase I was told my job, that I made good money, was closing its doors. I had to find another job. I explained to the managers that Im not making as much and wanted to change the dates so my payments wouldnt be late. They told me that they couldnt do that. My payments are due on the 1st and I knew that when I purchased the car. Not only is that an issue, I called to make a payment arrangement with one employee, she accepted it, and I thought the deal was done. Everyday, multiple times a day, they called avout the payment even after the arrangement. I asked could I have 1 person over my loan since none of the 5 people in the office communicate, the answer was still no. Im still having the same problem financially but I make my car payments. I wish they were more considerate of their customers and life events than money. Im not satisfied with the werviceim provided but I love my vehicle that I have. To avoid hassle, STAY AWAY!!!!

What an awesome car buying experience I just had with Kirby Driver at Stanley Auto Group Dallas Location on a Friday night an hour and a half after they had closed. He was very honest with me and I got a great deal and would love to do business with him in the future and also recommend the dealership!!

Do not do business with Stanley . These guys are liars and thieves . My brother purchased a car from Stanley Direct Auto; now Stanley Piolot Point . We have been having bad business with the guys going on four months now .My brother and I bought a car back in April . It was some things wrong with the car. It took him (my brother) two to three weeks to get in touch with management to return the car or inspect. After just returning the car. The Manager ; Chris stated “once he look at the car to inspect it he would then mail me my brother the deposit . “ Weeks past ... finally got half of the deposit back . Which I feel is unright . They charge because of mileage put on the car when he tried for weeks of returning it .When he tried to cash the check . The check bounced back. The bank stated it was a invalid check . The bank THEN closed my account because of the check. Stanley and more directly the guy Chris says the check has already been cashed and that they can’t cancel or return the check. This has been a toll on me because this was money I was dependent on for my next car. Stanley doesn’t want to take a blame for this situation but is trying to wipe there hands clean based on bank verification. I repeat I purchased this car in May!Two months later they my brother contacted them . They stated it was nothing they could do . So now we are out of 1200 and the car is still reporting on his credit .The problems I encountered with Stanley Direct Auto, Stanley Automotive Enterprises, and Stanley Pilot Point adores have been pain . These people are liars and thieves .The cars they sell when you first get them are not clean and HAVE NO GAS !GOING TO FILE A POLICE REPORT AND TAKE THIS TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT SOON!PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS! THEIR PLATFORM MANAGER IS THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER TALKED TO.TRIED TO TALK TO MR STANLEY TO RESOLVE AN ISSUE, AND WAS TOSSED BACK TO PLATFORM MANAGER. THEY WOULD NOT PUT ME THROUGH TO MR. STANLEY, AFTER SEVERAL REQUEST.
