We won a car at an auction and had trouble starting the car however the service we received from Rico was excellent! If we were to ever return it would be thanks to his kindness. Even though it was extremely hot outside he spent a lot of time running back and forth in the heat to try his best to help us start our car. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would.

There are no customer service skills anywhere in this facility. They thrive on getting over on their customers! There are hidden agendas throughout their paperwork that they don’t advise you of. This was the worst experience buying a car ever. I advise everyone that is considering purchasing a used car to NEVER visit this place because you will be TRULY DISAPPOINTED!!! All they want to do is swindle you out if your hard earned cash!!

From the very first phone call Domingo was a huge help! He worked hard to have everything processed and completed before I ever pulled up to the lot. I was impressed with how nice the vehicles where for the low payments! Super happy with my car and the service I experienced!!

The place was terrible definitely stole my mother’s car I would not recommend them. Then everyone there was playing dumb with every question asked, lied to us deliberately answering “I don’t know” to yes or no type answer questions! She had the car for a week & didn’t deserve that!

My aunty pamela isom had a car with them for a week why they got her car saying she put the car in jeopardy she called the carlot too track and they towed because she didn’t know where it was and they won’t give her back her money mind you she only had it for 1 week. They are very rude, won’t let you talk too proper authority, and does not conduct business right.

This car lot was very unprofessional. They towed my moms car for no reason and now they dont want to give it back after having her come to their other dealership. Either give my mom her car back or give her a refund to get another.

Most inconsiderate finance car sales business I have ever experienced. Can not find anyone at the front desk. A trip that was supposed to take 10 minutes turned into 30 minutes. Can hardly find workers.

My salesman was Adam and he did EVERYTHING he could possibly do to satisfy me with exactly what I was looking for and he would not stop until I had what I wanted. He didnt start out as my salesman but he stepped in to help and pretty much made sure if there was anything he could do that it was done. DO NOT buy a car from here! Their cars are straight junk and the IRS just kept my whole return becuz they filed for the taxes on the car that I had in 2014! Both the cars were willingly returned to the car lot due to the transmission going out in both of them. We had the cars less than a year. Take it from me if you don’t want a car that WILL break down on you in a few short months (if that) and you don’t want to still be paying taxes for years to come on it, even though you return the car then AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS!

Not happy with my purchase at all. Had to put $1600 down with stains inside the car and theres a gap between the windshield where water POURS down if u go to the car wash and alerted the manager with tattoos of all problems the day I bought it. He said they would be fixed for free. Then the next week they say they he doesn’t work here anymore. Then I pay 342 to get all three problems fixed and they don’t fix anything. Call to let them know I went up there 3 more times and had to drop off my car all times and they still don’t fix it, mind u I live 33 minutes away and have a son. Call them to just ask for my 342 back since their mechanics obviously couldn’t do the job and they say “well I don’t know what u want me to do” I can’t get my money back. But they want you to pay full coverage on a car thats already messed up. I am a great customer still have not been late on any car note payments or insurance payments. In fact I have been a month ahead on all payments since I got the car which was 5 months ago! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. PLEASE Try Drive Casa Or Car Max that’s where I should’ve went.

We’re currently here for a car it’s 7pm, we’ve been here since 3pm. He told us we got approved for a $800 down payment but couldn’t give us something good so we left. He calls 10 minutes later saying we could get. We come back, put exactly $853 in the machine, & he tell us he got the cars mixed up. The one he has left the transmission is OUT. WTF? how are we going to use a car with the transmission out? How could you have possibly gotten it mixed up? & has the nerve to tell us we can’t get the money back. When it was YOUR mistake. Now we have to wait for the owner to call back saying if it’s ok for us to take the car or not. When that should be an automatic yes because that was out of our control. & we can’t walk out with our money tonight. I’ll NEVER COME BACK HERE. it’s the really old Hispanic guy with a lot of gray hair. He needs to be fired.

Brought a car from here(which I am still in possession of) about 2 weeks ago now. From the day of signing they told me I had minor repairs which were okay because it did not affect the overall of vehicle. I purchased the car with damage on the right side. I did not inspect the vehicle as I should, but I’m still not sure if I would have known to look for. I bring the car in 1 week in and tell them there are more major repairs then what was listed now that I have drove car. Instantly the service manager tells me well you hit something there is damage on right side. I tell him I know there is damage on right side I purchased the vehicle this way. He then says oh I don’t know anything about this car I just assumed. Kind of rubbed me wrong but I figure you guys know the history of this car so clearly you know that someone hit something that’s why they already had repairs lined up prior to purchase. I bring it in again for repairs because that day I could not leave it. They have had the car 1 week they still expect me to pay weekly even though the car is not in my possession which has inconvenienced me. I have not been able to work or pretty much anything personal. They do not even give me a loaner which I would have appreciated: I’ve called all week and they have not been able to give me any answers on where they are with car. I called yesterday which was Wednesday and the Young lady advised me that she had spoke with “THE SHOP” and they wanted to know if I hit something. I will say at that point I was disappointed in this dealership because I would think they know the history of theirs vehicles, but clearly not because if they did they would know that they either purchased the car themselves like that or took it from someone prior to my purchase who had damaged the car. I told her no and she says that she will figure out what is going on and that they are short staff. I am all about being patient but here it is day 4 and they have the same excuse and no answers for me. I understand they have work to do I just feel you should give good service to those who do business with you. Still no word about vehicle, I have to make a payment Friday and I’m sure they will feel entitled to funds although I am without vehicle, no means to make any money, and have not gotten and answers to how long I would be without vehicle in which RENEE the service lady said she would contract me next day with answers. I just would like to be treated fairly and with the respect THATS IT THATS ALL not asking for much more but I have not gotten the minimum. I gave 3 stars because they did provide me with a vehicle and it was not a lot of hassle. I am appreciative.

Aside from the horrible service department and the absolute worst customer service i have ever been around i got a good dependable vehicle. God only knows if my vehicle breaks down ill be fixing it myself. I wouldnt trust that service manager no further than i can throw him. TRASH.... The women in the office are more concerned about what they are having for lunch than helping customers and they are extremly rude.. And the Boss condones their behavior.

I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a reliable car dealership that truly cares about their customers and want to make sure they are happy! I have been with this company and am now buying my 2nd car from them and I went through a few complications in the meantime and the owner and sales supervisors, and every employee there (no matter what their position is there) always make sure I am taken care of and that means everything to me! One star is just being nice. I work to hard for my money to just give it to Simple finance for a junk car that they financed me. The motor is making a raddling noise. I complained bout for a whole month about the check engine light instead of looking at my car a month ago they stated oh we dont cover anything if its not the motor or transmission. Well it is the motor . Still havent listened to my car . I have to make a appointment which I then have to pay 65 dollars and if its my motor 200 dollars..... Never again their cars are Trash. Please dont spend your hard working money with them But guess what God Got Me so Im not going to make a big fuss about it. God dont like ugly.

The sale guy Jeremy stole my money he told me that they said they had to hold my 440$ for me test drive it. Then when we first went up there he didnt ask for nothing to test drive either told me they needed to hold my money so the day he said could get me into a car he made me give him the money then gave me the keys and the tags told me I could go pick up my friend for rest of the money 6 30 came he would usually call us to ask where we at but he didnt him and a lady came to pick the car up then told me on monday come pick the money up I come up there today he told me he gave me back then money when he gave me the keys how you give me back money when you walk away told me be back before 6pm said he gave it back so he stole my 440 cash please watch out for him

I didnt get what i was originally hoping for but just dealing with him i still drove away and if i deal with them when i pay this car off i will only deal with him. He made it all ok.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 1st car I got transmission broke with in less than a month. They rolled over the debt of that one to another car that has had the check engine since a week after I got it. Ive been doing repairs on it replacing the same parts multiple times at places like firestone from fear of taking it to the dealer to be repaired and getting ripped off again. This car is truly a lemmon. I wouldnt recommed this place. This is my 1st time financing a car and it has been a nightmare

Do NOT get a car here got my first car here & they dumbed me down . I was looking for a car for school n work they only had a few cars for my down payment.& they gave me the crappiest car Ever although it looked nice because they wash it n purfume it down. Doesnt mean its a good car... I kept askin for the miles on the car they didnt wanna let me knoe also it wouldnt show up on the dash board ... Also had many problems!!! I couldnt fix ... More than 1,000$ problems.. I couldnt afford . terrible! So i gave the car back within 2 months !

I know amongst reading these reviews you may be like hmm these people just didnt make their payments or theyre this and that which may be the case for some. However I went to this car lot on good faith after speaking with Domingo I felt as if I was working with a good car lot.Not the case I had purchased a 2009 Nissan rogue which I was forced into because the original 2013 sonata I wanted was quoted as not ready even though it was on the sales ground. anywho I have children so I went ahead and trusted Domingo just to feel humiliated and beyond pissed in the end. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle for a way to work and get around source of stability I should say. DO NOT GO HERE OR BIG DADDYS!!!! The owner claims to be Christian but is more crooked than satan himself. After One month of having my car. my vehicle CAUGHT ON FIRE!!!! yes you read it right and did I forget to mention while my 2 year old and 6 months at the time were in the car.Balch Springs fire department had to put it out which records I do have on hand. anyways I called the carlot and let them know they seemed concerned they had my car towed. they said they wouldnt know anything until the next day when they called they told me that my car was ready. Shocked is not the word like what do you mean after a under the hood fire my car is ready the next day. I asked to be switched to a safer vehicle since I do have kids and they assured me that wasnt possible without another down payment. I was the least to say flabbergasted. this is just one of many problems that I have dealt with I no longer have the vehicle due to safety reasons and the fire caused major problems that I was supposted to pay upfront to have fixed even though its theyre rigged ass cars. Delores is highly unprofessional and beware she will have your car towed if she doesnt like you. and they often imitate managers and pretend to be people that they arent. And you can never get in touch with a manger or speak to him. it always is delores or anna. point blank if you need a good car goto Clay cooley they have a great program that works with bad credit and first time buyers whatever your case may be. or half price motors in Arlington it is worth the drive just dont waste your money or time with these idiots. they need to be shut down. And I sincerely pray for you paul because after the state of texas is done dealing with you. youre gonna need you pathetic excuse for a Christian man.

Bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee 00 from simple auto was a reliable used car, had minor issues but nothing the service department couldnt handle. Would purchase again from simple auto.

I came in today to get a car and i spoke with paul and he was very nice and friendly from the beginning i asked how much of a down payment that i was looking at and he showed me a few options and the down payment that he quoted me was spot on and i drove off with a 2008 Nissan Altima. Really great customer servive and i would be more than happy to refer friends and family here to get a car.

Terrible Place Manager Steve is a awful at being A honest man... and he discriminates why work in a auto sales...if your going to turn down people on purpose

CROOKS!!!... Theyll take your payments all the way down to the last one remaining in your contract, then theyll breach that contract, and tell you that you have 8 more months of payments, yet wont produce ANY of this in writing. If you have any work done on your vehicle, make CERTAIN you get all the documentation from them. I requested all documentation having to do with the vehicle financed through Carisma Finance, & not once did any of my requests result in documentation of any sort. Everything they told me was verbal over the phone, other than the original contract I signed. My vehicle was serviced two times by them... The first time, they tell me the vehicle needs an engine rebuild, then they tow my vehicle to a location Im told is restricted and confidential, and completely unaccessible, for a week and a half... Then Im told Im going to have to pay $3,000 for the engine rebuild, yet never gave me ANY thing in writing about this. I wasnt even able to choose where it was to be repaired. I didnt even give them permission to do any work whatsoever to the vehicle. When I picked to the vehicle, I was told my biweekly payments were going to increase from $170, to $200... And that this would continue until my last payment in May, 2016. They never once gave me ANYTHING in writing!!! No work invoices, itemized list of parts purchased and installed, documentation of labor hours... NOTHING! I had no choice but to pay them $200 every other Friday, or they would, and did... SHUT OFF MY VEHICLE REMOTELY... Resulting in lost wages, damage to my reputation, defaming my character for reliability, honor, and integrity, and anything else that resulted in negativity and embarrassment in my life in many ways.The engine rebuild was supposedly done by El Pinos Head Shop in Garland, TX. Looking them up on yahoo, or Google will give you a good idea as to the horrible quality work that they are infamous for...I wasnt even given a warranty on the work that was completed, and not only did the check engine light come on, and STAY on, 6 months after the 0 mileage engine - rebuild took place, but there were hoses that were held together with ZipTies, that werent connected to anything at all!So i spent from August 2014, to May 2016, paying more than I could afford, every other week, for service that I wasnt able to approve, or even know about, until after i received the vehicle back, and a service that was such poor quality, that a Master mechanic specializing in the particular make of the vehicle I was driving said that he seriously doubted there was any engine rebuild at all, whatsoever!Continuing forward, I then took my vehicle to be serviced by Simple Auto Finance / Dads Garage, as agreed to per the terms of the contract, for the check engine light being on, which caused me to FAIL my Texas State Inspection, therefore being unable to have my Texas State Registration current, and up to date, only to have my vehicle kidnapped, and held for over a week and a half, until I heard ANYTHING from Dads Garage. Then I was told that my vehicle needed a new transmission, and that it was going to cost me $2300 to get it done. I thanked them, but told them that the vehicle was drivable when I took it to get serviced, and that Id like the vehicle back, and would get back with them regarding a new transmission at a later time. Then I was told they would call me back once it was able to be picked up.9 DAYS LATER, Im told that in order to pick up my vehicle, I was expected to pay $1400, for past repairs, and an additional $400 in payments (on a loan that I had paid every other week from September 2013, through the last payment date of May 2016, as stated in black and white in the contract), JUST TO BE ABLE TO PICK THE VEHICLE UP!!!NO WORK DONE ON IT, NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT NO LONGER LIT UP, NOTHING EXCEPT A VERBAL RANSOM for the vehicle I so desperately need, the vehicle I have paid over $15,555+ for, the vehicle that is necessary to have in order that i can work and make money to support myself.A 2000 Lexus RX300.
