JD is Great! Anyone I encountered was Great! Everyone was courteous. Their customer service and etiquette is refreshing and appreciated. They definitely excel in that department. They did take an extra day to finish up, but my car was fully detailed...windows, carpets, everything in and out Im impressed, it looks brand new. It was worth a little extra wait. I have never taken the time to write a review for google, but this experience was exceptional. I was in a car accident and spent hours calling shops from my car insurance list. None of the shops were even willing to look at my car until the following week. I was in tears when I called and JD took the time to ask about my car. He had me bring it in the very next morning to look at the damage. Fortunately, it was minimal damage and I was without my car for only 3 days. During that time JD took care of everything for me. I had a great experience at Carstar. I found them by a google search and looking through the reviews online. Called them and came in for an inspection all in the same day. My insurance worked with me and Carstar seamlessly. Planned when I could be without my car and dropped it off. Extremely satisfied with their customer service and a they did a great job on my car. My car even came back to me cleaner then when I dropped it off. Which is a huge plus.

Aldo and his team provide a detailed explanation of the repairs and a written estimate. They will call your insurance company to verify your deductible so you know your final cost before coming to pick up your vehicle. I was referred to Aldo by a good friend of mine name Sebastian whom is a very detailed customer so I knew I could trust Aldos work based on his recommendation. Aldo will take you to pick up a rental or provide you with a loaner in extreme case.

Repaired impact damage to liftgate

This place was recommend by Christian Brothers where I usually get my car service done. I took my car in to CARSTAR to fix the damange on the front grill and other parts. John also goes by jd looked at my car and gave me a very reasonable quote and guided me through the insurance proceess. He communicated with the insurance agent and sent all the pictures of the car dents and managed all the tasks very professionally. Aftet the insurance approved the claim I dropped off my car on Tuesday evening and initially he said it will be ready by next Monday but I got a message on Friday same week that my car is ready. I was so happy when I saw my car it was beautiful done. The front part pretty much looks like brand new. Id recommended to jd for your car body works.

After I was hit by a driver that ran a red light my insurance company recommended this place. I checked them out and saw good reviews so I took them my 2019 Toyota Tacoma. They burned the interior and totaled it...now 4 months later, Im still dealing with the claims...

I chose this shop based on many positive reviews. Overall the experience was a good one and I would do business here again and recommend it to friends. Im giving it four stars instead of five because there was a small issue when I picked up the vehicle that required taking it back for an hour or so for them to work on. Its also four stars instead of one star because of how well they handled the issue, promptly and politely. What a business does when they goof up says a lot about them.

Mr. Collision charged about one half the estimate from a Dallas premier body shop. The repair is excellent. The paint flawless.

I did a ton of research before choosing a place to take my car and even cancelled an appointment at another shop after reading reviews. Mister Collision did an Excellent job. The owner is friendly, helpful, and quick to give you a quote. My car has been fixed for 4 months now and I still have no complaints about the work. My only complaint would be that I had to contact them in order to get updates and information instead of them contacting me. I wanted my car to look EXACTLY like it did before the wreck and it truly does. I would take my car to them again with no hesitation.

I want to start by saying up until this point when this was just Mr. Collision my experience with Aldo the owner and the company as a whole was GREAT! After my most recent experience I WILL NEVER TAKE MY VEHICLES TO THIS PLACE OR MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS TO THIS PLACE! I was misled from the beginning and after they realized that I realized the estimated they gave me was ridiculous as one of the other reviews stated happened to them and after I decided to go elsewhere they wanted to extort money out of me. I am very disappointed in the owner Aldo and they way he spoke to me after sending business to him over the years! I will definitely be writing a letter to the better business bureau as well.

Best auto body shop to trust your vehicles to! QUALITY!

My acura had a badly damaged fender and when i went to get a quote for the damage repair cost, they said it would cost $2000. However, i went to another bodyshop and i only paid $450 for a full fender replacement AND all scratches on the car being touched up. This place almost totally ripped meoff and said it was a very complicated process. they were charging almost 5x the cost of what i paid!
