They were very nice and help me a lot and fits up my car and they work with me and my insurance thank you guys a lot You made it easy for me if I get into a accident I will go back to them.... but hope that wont happen anytime soon

First time using a body shop in an accident so I didnt know what would the process would be, they were able to handle all the process for me .They keeped me inform of what was being done and updating me of any changes.Wished I had before and after pics, but am happy with the excellent job they did in my truck.

So this has been my first car accident and my car was totaled Rangel paint and body literally contacted me and took care of every need. explained everything in the process estimated wait time for my car to get fixed etc and what would happen next literally has gone above and beyond including dropping off personal items left in my car after hours!! I can honestly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!

After I had a car accident I took my vehicle in for repairs $3500 later ended up picking up vehicle and taking to another shop. Because was asking for additional money after they had supposedly did inspections and this was the cost of repairs. Also didn’t tell me that they were not equipped for some of the repairs needed. The repairs they claimed they did do still have issues with. Horrible experience.
