The staff is usually very polite, until this morning when the young girl was doing that fast talking that they do nowadays and she refused to bag my purchases, rudely letting me know that there was a pile of bags on the counter if I wanted to bag my own!Why are these people getting so lazy? Their JOB is to bag items for the customers!Let’s change this nonsense NOW! So RUDE!!

Please let me know, how I live down the street from here, come in everyday or every other da a week, get the same thing (Newport 100, gas and swisher), get asked for my ID each time even though Ive seen the same ppl over and over again, but when I forget my ID (twice), i cant get it my stuff? BUT! then you got the ppl in front of me with NO ID and said outloud or just never asked to show a ID get their stuff? Ive now watched a dude that looks MAYBE 23 walk out with case of beer while everyones laughing and giggling, but my one swisher, evem though I was outside smoking a cig,.couldnt it.. Whats with the favoritism?

The staff is super friendly and the store is beautiful. I work at a gas station (not shell) and this location was immaculate compared to the others Ive seen.

Very convenient location both for gas & a quick snack or water. They have a lottery machine for instant tickets, which I dont like. But, it would be nice if they had a regular lottery ticket machine. When I go inside, its always clean!

I’ve gone here multiple times over the 5 years of living here. never had any issues up until they hired that older big lady that is usually working late at night. Every time I have encountered her she is extremely and blatantly rude to me. In my most recent experience I came to the register and greeted her nicely saying hello as one does and she paused, scoffed, then proceeded to roll her eyes at me before saying hi as if it took every last breath for her to say it to me. That same night I came in with my water bottle walked through the entire store with it and even came to the register with it and she didn’t say anything about it until I was halfway out the door, if it was really an issue she should have addressed it when I came in instead of trying to make a scene about it. You shouldn’t work a customer service job if you are inadequate.

Say they have to swipe my ID . They can read my ID to find out my age!I will never shop at your store just so you can get my dated and sell it.If you cant look at my ID and do math that your problem.Worthless gas station . Dont shop at this store!

To any friends that ride this specific shell just got the new v power nitro + fuel option it makes a genuinely noticeable pop in performance. Seems weird to review a gas station, but this place is always super clean and all of the employees are so much better than any of the other competitors. Definitely the best c9nvenience store in town.

I only buy top tier gasoline for my car and Shell is one of the few stations in my area that sells it.Their coffee is excellent.Most of the people working there are nice,but there are a few employees that are jerks,like the young guy with a beard.A couple of days ago I asked him how long it would be until they would make more coffee,because what was in there was very dark and smelled burned.He took an attitude with me and basically told me the coffee couldnt be burned because they make it every two hours.When he went to check it,it was almost empty and the little bit in there was very burned.I also had a manager ( no longer there) take an attitude with me when I asked her if they had any more large size coffee cups.She said,in a rude way, Do you want a cup without a lid? Im out of lids.I dont think you want one without a lid do you? Well allright then. People like those two sour the experience of going to this station.
