This gas station is generally well kept and has a good variety of stuff, especially their kitchen menu. The bathrooms are surprisingly clean for a gas station. Finally, the staff is really nice. Last time I was in here I was a little short and the giant sized manager guy even covered the difference out of his own pocket. You dont see that every day.

Just paid $3.29 for a breakfast burrito. Its less than a credit card and a half long. At 50% off it would still have been to much to pay for it. Ill definitely never get food from GetGo again. It was barely bigger than a McDonalds breakfast burrito

Good lord.I lived in a bad neighborhood and this place takes the cake.My card has been duped here more than once.The card reader, until recently, has been difficult to operate.But the free air.The free air that is seemingly always marked out of order.The free air that works not so good when it isnt marked out of order.Messed my tires up royally the other day.Go to getgo, cant actually change it off 31 psi.Whatever, I need 30. No bigUntil I get 10 minutes away and my tire pressure gauge goes off.One tire was at 41, one at 14 and the other two somewhere in the middle.Avoid at all costs.

Nice place to stop and well kept with plenty of convenient options. Bonus points for self check out options, cold beer cooler, and organic doggy treats for impulse purchases.

Kitchen is randomly shut down all the time. Have made multiple trips specifically to get food just to have the kitchen shut down for 15-20 minutes.

Absolute favorite gas station. There kitchen has so many food options (even vegetarian/vegan ones). They also have really good smoothies and coffee drinks, at a great price. Highly recommend!

Cleanest and most friendly staff around! Id you cant figure out what to do yourself at this self serve gas station the friendliest staff around will help you out to the best of their abilities! The air pump does not work well here though and is always out of service I dont recommend using that thing. The staff says that the customers tend to break it as soon as its fixed because it gets way more use then it should. But passed that my experience is 10/10 well stocked and professional food with great environment all around.

The worst place ever! I ordered a drink, pizza and a sub they had 2 girls working in the kitchen one made my drink and just left it on the counter by the time i got my food it had totally melted! I must of waited for like 15 minutes for my food and my drink just was sitting there! Then the girls were rude no smiles no have a good day. I think ill just keep going to sheetz where the people are always friendly and i get my food fast!

I laugh and say its fairly well stocked convenience store and sandwich shop. And it just so happens they sell gasoline too!

I work second shift and sometimes on Saturdays I like to grab a six pack after work and they told me that they dont sell beer after twelve. That was really frustrating because as a second shifter state law permits people to buy beer until one in the morning all days of the week. I dont know what that was about but Im not a fan.

Me and my Coworkers are always here after work they have everything we need at 11pm at night

One of my favorite gas stations. The food is always amazing. The staff is friendly. And they are one of a few places that still has air for your tires for free.

Went to get a quick night snack; simple tots, prepackaged cookie, and a hot drink. There was 1 person in front of me and 1 person had just walked up and started their order on the touch screen. Otherwise not busy at all for 12am. The woman working behind the counter barely spoke out when my order was ready and then literally, slammed it on the counter, on the edge, closest to her. She then walked off, without any acknowledgement. I had to practically lie across the counter to reach my bag. My food was fine, (though I think I was cheated out of some tots for a size med). Im very confused on why someone would ever be that angry AT WORK, to slam a patient customers meal in front of them, but I will definitely not be giving GetGo my business, while she is behind the counter. This sucks because I typically love GetGos food and hours of operation.

Always have good, hot coffee, and very friendly service.

I come in everyday to get coffee and most days they have coffee but today they were out and acted like they didnt care! Finally brewed mre coffee when i left! Customer service is average

GetGo is the worse service ever I came in order food and they only gave me meat for sub meat really and I order fires they didnt give me ketchup this is worse place ever I used to work at getgo no wouder why getgo losing sales and circle K have way more sales then getgo everyone go to circle k I worked there

One of the main reasons Get Go Gets A 5 is the service that they provide for the Men and Women who serve/served in the armed forces for this country . If you have served and are a veteran you get FREE REFILLS on your drinks. Thats an inexpensive way to just say thank you for the many who gave part of their lives to keep us safe. Another reason is in Get Gos pricing . Just take a look at how much they charge for a single baked cookie as compared to most all of the other gas/fast/retailers . Get Gos coffee station has more choices than most of its competition, and their dark roast actually taste like a dark roast. Some of the others coffees I swear taste just like the Rescue Missions or Salvation Armies coffees do . Seriously, warm colored water . The very very best is the Get Gos in Fairlawn across from the Summit Mall. Just tastes great . I have had the cold sandwiches from the Made to Order counter here and they were good. I did order some of the hot ones, which were ok, but it did take sometime. The best one for speed, but not always quality, is the Sheetz out on Hudson&Steels Corner. Faster doesnt always equate to the best, but with Sheetz, at least that one, it is good .Especially with considering the price points. Good meatball sub. Generally though, Ive always had very decent service from those who work here at the Portage Get Go. Very clean restrooms and nice place to sit and enjoy a snack with the friendly people. Thats the big difference between the Sheetz on Hudson&Steel and this Get Go . The service is much more friendly . A great place to fill up, use your Giant Eagle points, and enjoy a good cookie and coffee., and sit down if you want. Get Go at this location does need to repaint those stops on the pavement though. best wishes everyone .

Never ate here before. Ordered a chicken and fry meal. Chicken was two thin chicken strips on a cold bun with cold cheese. Fries filled half the bag. Wont order here again.
