I found a car I wanted at Marhofer. I was contacted by Colin over the phone who assisted me through the whole process. The car had some minor scratches which they buffed out prior to my going to purchase the vehicle. (He even took before and after photos before going out.) I contacted Colin at the last minute saying I was on my way, and he said he would start prepping/washing the car. When I got there, I was met by many people asking if we were being assisted and offered a beverage while I waited. Colin let me know what was happening (getting my signatures, having manager approve the paperwork, etc.) before meeting with John in Finance, and how long each step would take. John also explained extra maintenance/warranty options before we finalized paperwork which was the quickest process ever. The manager was also available who came in to thank me for the purchase. Nice touch! All of them were so professional, friendly and (for me) had great senses of humor which just added to the overall experience. Im sure there are many great professionals there, but I have to say thank you to Colin, John and Bobby. I must say: professional, fun, informative, friendly, attentive -- how are those for some positive adjectives!? Recommend? Absolutely!

Brian was AWESOME. My wife and I, along with our daughter, stopped in the dealership looking at a specific Rogue. I waited an extraordinary amount of time having an appointment 😩 Whats the point. Charged me for plugging two nails in separate tires $30 each. Showed me a pic of my airfilter. Couldnt show me the damaged tire nails in tires? They dont have specials on oil changes and dont find ways to save you dollars or thank you for being faithful customers. Im so done.

I came into Ron Marhofer Nissan at the end of my rope and beyond stressed. Cherie was patient, helpful, and even shared her fries with my friend and I when we were there through lunch. Everyone we dealt with couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful in making sure I could get my insurance sorted and take my new car home right away. Hands-down the most painless car-buying experience ever. We started the process at 9am with an online inquiry. Everyone was responsive, friendly, transparent and helpful and most of it was done online and via phone. When we came to the dealership, the car was waiting for me and everyone was wonderful. I test drove the car, we signed the papers and I was driving the car home by 4pm that day. Ive never actually enjoyed purchasing a car before, so this was a first.

This was our first but definitely not our last visit to Marhofer! Gabor was awesome from the minute my husband and I shook hands with him. He took so much time with us and answered every one of our questions. They even stayed an hour after closing to get it all done after we decided on the Murano. We went back the next day and he took the time out to come to our car and explain a few more things and show us how some of the features and settings work. Because we signed an excellent lease deal and took care of our car, we got a decent deal to buy out the lease. But, the sales and service departments work in silos - zero communication about problems and solutions and things that should have been fixed. The only bright spot was the finance guy (Mike) who was honest and made up for some of the other frustrations. Still, you can only buff out so many issues - and I would not recommend this dealership to any friends or family.

Drove to the area for a concert, it got canceled, found out my previous vehicle was wrecked and “fixed”. I was very upset, they gave me a very fair offer on my car, and a great deal on my new vehicle! I purchased a 2019 Nissa Titan SL. Thanks Chuck and the team for helping me.

I have never written any reviews on any car dealership but I am really impressed by how this dealership operates. They don’t negotiate on their prices because they usually offers the lowest prices. Previously, a diagnostic was $50. My air wasnt working and my service light came on. I thought they were related. When I got to the shop, I was told that they were treated as separate issues and that the diagnostic would then be $160 each if I chose to take it elsewhere for repairs! I toyed with the idea of just leaving, but Id had a new engine installed by the dealer and thought that the check engine light might be related. Every quoted repair was within the expected range per Google searches, but always the very high end. If the engine didnt have only 12,000 miles (car only has 72,000) I might have scrapped the entire idea of repair. Two oxygen sensors - price quote doesnt take into account that the engine isnt taken apart twice. Myriad issues. The engine oil cooler typically fails only after 100,000 miles if it ever fails. None of this recommends the Nissan brand to me. The bill was just under $4,000. I did elect to get my rear brakes done since the car was already there - a bit more expensive than quoted by another shop, but at least I wouldnt have to take the car into yet another shop so soon. Note this vehicle needed a new engine at 59,000 miles. (After great strife, Nissan paid for half of the engine bill.) Obviously, there is something wrong with Nissan. The only thing going for this dealer is that the service people are very polite.

When I scheduled I told them 2020 Nissan Frontier. I was scheduled for the Hyundai garage. Dan the first guy I saw made me feel stupid for not scheduling with Nissan. I told him I scheduled with Marhofer its all the same right. He said that is like saying McDonalds and Burger King are the same that I needed to go to the Nissan side across the street. Thank goodness they were much nicer. My experience with them is why I will come back.

A week after I bought my car I couldnt get my lift gate to close and I had a tire issue...called up service and it took me 3 weeks to get an appointment to go in. My appt is tomorrow and I received a call/voicemail at 5:57pm from Chris Sutton telling me they werent equipped to service my vehicle...but I could call him til 6...what kind of service department cant fix a tire? or a lift gate. Dear Marhofer...Im an old lady and I could order the part myself and replace it, but I have a warranty...and I just bought the car from you...and you made me wait 3 weeks and then cancelled and gave me 3 minutes to respond?! What kind of nonsense is this? If you want lame service and response...dont go here because they cant even reach that level!UPDATE: Im changing my one star to a 5! Shout out to the Service Manager Frank who offered prompt, professional service that he followed through with to the end! My Service Advisor Hank was really great and again stayed with it until the job was done! Thank you for turning this into a positive experience.

This was the easiest vehicle purchase in my 45 years of purchasing vehicles. i emailed inquiring about a vehicle they offered and within minutes Colin Brennan was in touch with me. I was an hour away and he had the vehicle ready for the test drive when i arrived. Everything was very transparent and up front, i have worked in the automotive repair industry for 40 years which he didnt know and he was straight forward and informative without exaggerating or or overstating anything. There was no high pressure from anyone and everyone seemed to go out of their way for me or any other customer there. Mike the used car manager gave a fair assessment and value for my trade in. Purchase made easy, Colin went out of his way for me at every point of the sale, he even took it farther with a small issue after the purchase and got it handled for me. Super unlucky... but then, I called Ron Marhofer and spoke to Collin he was super cool. He made and appointment for me and I went in the next day. Stay away from the service dept. overpriced oil changes. 70 dollars for basic oil change . The old oil change sticker is still on windshield . Do not know when next oil change is due!.

Still, the 2nd Gen Leaf got my attention, and work dangled a massive carrot in front of me to pull the trigger on an EV.I went to this dealership as I had seen the car out front in the past, and they are very close to where I live. I cut to the chase with the sales guy that met me as I was approaching the showroom, and was point blank honest with him about my previous history. He took my concerns to heart as we went over the vehicle, took it for a test drive, and then proceeded to go down the process from tire kicker to actual buyer. His professionalism throughout made me make sure that I sought him out again when I decided to pull the trigger and buy. The process itself did take a bit longer due to having to research competitors (I brought in a competitors price on a nearly identical car), and they worked hard to earn my business. The entire staff there was courteous, including the finance staff pushing the bank to lower the interest rate on the loan when I balked at their initial offer.This dealership earned my business, and I highly recommend this dealership. I highly recommend seeking out Brian Wells when looking for someone to discuss one of their vehicles. If the owners read this - they need to give him some form of recognition for his professionalism, courtesy, and attention to my concerns throughout the process. Ron Marhofer Nissan Auto Service Center did a quick and great job on repair on my Murano 2014. There was some humming noise coming out that was really hard to figure out where its coming from. They found an issue and replaced it with new parts in few hours. Also, I call a few other Nissan dealers to make an appointment, and they told me to wait for 2-3 weeks. Ron Marhofer Nissan Service Center told me to bring the vehicle the next day in the morning. I give them 5 stars for a great service.

I called the dealership about a part I needed came in and got it diagnosed. They got back to me and said it would take 3 days to come in. There was no phone call. I waited another day and called back. The person I was working with said it would be 2 weeks before the part comes in. I waited 2 weeks and 3 days for a callback. I called again. Talked with the same person and said that it would be another 2 weeks. This process took over a month to complete. I asked about a loaner car because it was a matter of safety and This was taking longer than expected. I was offered a rental car for $35/day. Needless to say I was not going to go for that. The customer service in person was good the way things were getting done (or not) was not good. I ended up waiting over a month to get one part for my car.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF STATE! Polite staff, but unlike most dealerships that do everything for you... I had to pay for EVERYTHING out of pocket (Registration, License Plate, Title Transfer). I tried calling and working it out, they said they’d call back. It’s been 2 months I’ve heard absolutely nothing from them!

We had the best experience 3 years ago when purchasing our first Nissan, and then again on Monday.We went to another dealership earlier in the day and were treated horribly. It was an awful experience. Came to Marhofer and we were treated with complete respect and like we were family. Dave, our Dealer, was kind, funny and compassionate.
