This is my new, Go To Auto Repair Shop. I was treated with respect, first of all. Then, my car had an electrical problem. And, the radio, clock, locks and remote quit working. I was nervous it would cost a lot. And take more than a day. I was wrong. The cost was very fair. And, they even threw in a new remote battery. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest Auto Repair Shop. I would like to give them more than 5 stars!

KB Auto did my brakes. They gave me a good price and were able to get me on the schedule promptly. When they didnt have the part they needed the day I dropped off my car, they even brought my car to me at work the next day to save me the inconvenience of finding transportation. This was a positive experience for me having work done on my car and I will go back to KB Auto for my future car maintenance and repairs.

I took my car in for a front end repair that I was told to be way more expensive by multiple other shops. After checking out my car the repairs were not as bad as I was told I actually came out spending 1/3 of the cost that I was quoted by others and only repaired what I asked them to. The owner was honest and didn’t charge for what I didn’t need but did check my vehicle and found other repairs that would need done eventually. I was very satisfied with the job they did and will return soon to have the other work done as needed.

I have three Toyota Priuses, and I take them only to Bill for repairs. When a part is extremely expensive, he explains the repairs that will be necessary, and makes an effort to locate a used part which will do the job. I am satisfied with his service, and plan on continuing to leave my car care in his capable hands.

Great service. Its hard as a woman not to be taken advantage of. Bill is upfront and honest. I will not go anywhere else.

Beware of this place! He might not cost as much but you pay more in the long run he messed up my brakes put the wrong ones in my car never answers his phone never does what he says hes going to im reporting this to better business bureau.. he tells you to come in and he closes his shop he always has excuses. Dont go there youll be sorry.... You could never reach him on the phone. His shop is small and dirty

A+++ Bill is extremely friendly. They took us home & then picked us up when the work was done on our car. He is eager to help. He even matched prices for the alignment. You cant go wrong with this auto repair shop. Very knowledgeable. Will definitely use again.

This guy is beyond flakey. My truck has sat there for days with no work done. Rarely answers the phone and when he does he is full of excuses. This place may be cheaper but it is NOT worth it.

Being a young female & of small stature, Ive been to plenty of repair shops that have tried to rip me off. Not here! Honest severice, great quality service, great deal of knowledge & experience in the field, and very friendly! No lie, its hands down THE BEST repair shop Ive ever experienced in my life!!! Kind of hard to get ahold of a person to speak with. Had an appointment they forgot to write down. Had to wait an hour.Oil change and tire rotation done quickly plus got hefty rebate for inconvenience.

First time I took my car there, nothing was fixed, and I went from driving it there to it not starting when I went to pick it up and had to have it towed to a different shop. I had to call repeatedly to find out the status of my vehicle, was told it wasnt worth it to fix it, it which I said due to my circumstances I would take the risk and please fix the minor issue as I didnt have any other options. This small problem was never addressed when I went to pick it up over a week after having dropped it off. They also lost the key to that vehicle (luckily I had spares). I gave them a second try months later for a different vehicle only per a family friends suggestion. I was given a rough quote, an apology for how things had gone before and offered a discount with that quote. They said they would call me when they located the particular part, in a week or so. It has been months now and I never heard anything after stopping in for that quote. Unreliable and unprofessional.

Had an engine problem with my Corolla that was going to be $$$ to get fixed at a Toyota dealer. KB hooked me up for a much better price and did an excellent job! Customer for life!

DONT GO TO THIS GUY!I would not recommend anyone do business with this place. The owner, William Harrison, has a schitzophrenic personality disorder that makes him highly unpredictable and unstable, especially when under any kind of stress. I went there to have work done on my vehicle, and he had to redo the work several times before it was fixed. After I paid for the service he later accused me for not charging me enough,. He lied repeatedly when disconnecting a power cord that he gave me permission to use while at his place of business during a few cold nights I was parked there overnight. Although I was in great need to heat my van during 20 degree below zero weather, he ruthlessly pulled out the cord and left his shop early so that I couldnt have access to electricity to heat my van (It has no heater.) The next day he lied about it, claiming that his son must have turned off the switch. He did this on 2 separate occasions.My cat and I nearly froze to death because he turned on me and told me to leave or he would call the police, even though I had done nothing wrong. He did all this after having given me permission to plug in overnight. This is a very confused person, a nasty individual, and I wouldnt trust him to do any further work on my vehicle.He said hes an atheist, and it shows, for he has no concern for other peoples suffering. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY! Hes a full blown nut job. The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. His psychological condition allows him to quickly shift his view to suit his own private delusions about himself - at one point viewing himself as a Savior, at another point a Deceiver. He suffers from delusions that hes a humanitarian, but his actions clearly indicate just the opposite. When I was there at his shop, the only reason why he allowed me to plug in an extertion cord for a few hours overnight was because I had paid him a lot of money - which I could not afford and was all I had and received by panhandling. He was very much aware thats what I did to get by during these hard times, yet, he still yanked out the cord and took it inside his closed locked garage doors so that I had no access to electricity. When I went to a nearby neighbors house to ask if I could use one of their outside outlets, they very reluctantly gave me permission, but only for that one night (20 degrees below zero). The next morning they went to William Harrisons shop and told him about it (as if I did something wrong), and they all agreed that I was somehow an inconvenience to them, so they called the police. This is what the owner of KB Automotive considers to be helping me.After about a week of trying to figure out what was wrong with my van that it didnt start (I had to pay $60 to have it towed there to his shop), he decided that it was the vans computer, and told me the exhorbitant cost. When I replied that I didnt have that much money, he quickly replied that I needed to get my van out of his lot. He immediately turned on me once he realized I didnt have the money to pay. (Does that sound like the person he portrays himself to be in his response to my initial post?)He is a proven liar, bi-polar schitzophrenic, very deceitful individual whom I would never trust to tell you the truth. The reason why he recently went into business on his own is because past employers fired him for these very reasons. Thats what he told me.
