Greg and his team are the nicest mechanics around. He is honest, fair and genuine. They do amazing work and keep you in the loop throughout the process. He is beyond fair in his pricing and they get the job done as quick as possible. Nora at the front is an angel! She is one of the nicest women ever and remembers little personal details which makes you feel remembered and seen. I feel like a member of the family coming here! Theyve always done extremely right by me both in their work and in what they have charged me. Always getting my car fixed quickly, I know theyve bent over backwards to get my work vehicle back to me. A friend of mine gave me them as a referral and I always give them as my best referral to any Asian car repair needs

Had a clutch on my 08 Si replaced, everyone was super nice, gave me an estimate and then had my car in and ready within a day and half. cheapest estimate and charged 100 less than what they quoted me ! will definitely be back

Brought my sons 15 year old Mitsubishi in to service a check engine light that another local shop wasnt able to fix properly (although they did charge me!). Gregg recommended some scheduled maintenance on the car for a timing belt and water pump, which I had him do. They did a great job, and charged me only a minimal amount to fix the check engine light that the other shop down the street couldnt seem to fix correctly. I very highly recommend this shop.

The repair shop that replaced it could not diagnose the problem and said I needed to go to the dealer. I took my car to a second repair shop and they couldnt find the problem either. I called needing my air fixed and Gregg got me in the shop in under a week. My maintenance light was on and they offered to rotate my tires and do an oil change along with fixing my air. Had Import Auto Care replace my timing belt and water pump on a 2000 Civic fall of 2012. Great work and actually at a bit less than they quoted. Just took it over today (5/31/13). I had a check engine light issue. First of all, I didnt expect them to get to it today, as I brought it in late. Well, shortly after, I got a call. They had diagnosed the motor, tweaked a few things. Check engine light is off, car runs fine, AND THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME. Great people and service, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Good, honest, fair, personable, auto repair places are hard to find. Well, I found one here.

I had an almost flat tire and (because it was 7am) took my car to the closest chain tire place. They told me the tire couldn’t be patched and wanted to sell me a new tire. I decided to take the tire to Import Auto Care, where I had gotten the tires. They got me in even though I didn’t have an appointment and most importantly, they were able to repair the tire! It ended up costing only $13...no new tire needed! I am always appreciative of the good work and honesty at Import Auto Care!

Bought a used Subaru and two months later it was leaking oil. I took it to Import Auto Care and was expecting the worst. They found that it had an improper oil change last time around (drain plug washer bent, oil filter overtightened, etc.) and were able to fix everything and change the oil for a VERY reasonable price. Very honest people who do great work. They are my only auto service choice now!

I;ve been working on my car for a year, I needed the pressure control solenoid valve replaced and rather than talk to me and quote me HE TOLD ME I HAVE NO DESIRE TO WORK ON YOUR CAR... this was before I even told him what I needed help with.
