Sister went to dealership for service work. After picking up car, new issues were immediately present that were not present before. Dealership refuses to look at problem without charging an absurd $130 fee and states that it will determine whether the dealerships service department was negligent. Good luck with that in court....

The customer service was courteous, efficient, friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this body shop to anyone who has ever had to deal with problem garages, just to see what it is supposed to be like! They have my business....

Fortunately, this is a preferred shop with my car insurance (Grange). Tabitha and Joel did a great job of explaining the estimate and answering any questions I had. I couldnt pick up the car the day it was done, and they allowed me to pick it up the next day easy-peasy. Im not sure if its part of the Marhofer package, but I was also able to meet the rental car company there with my rental car and then just leave it when I picked my car up, also very easy and very convenient. I got my car back and it was nice and clean and looked great! Thank you so very much for your hard work!

Exceptional customer service. Was kept up to date by calls and texts from Joel during the entire process. I was expecting this to be a headache, but they totally exceeded my expectations and made it completely stress free. They did a very nice job on the repair and paid attention to every detail. Ron Marhofer Collision took extra care in ensuring the hood of my car was replaced in a timely manner. The process of dropping my car off, going over the damage to the hood, communicating when the repair was likely to be complete, and assisting me with any further questions I had was an easy one and I could tell the staff was understanding of the situation and wanted to do their best to get my vehicle back to me, repaired and back on the road. I appreciate the care and hard work from this establishment, especially since damage to something you use and rely on every day isnt always the easiest situation.

They allowed me to keep my car as long as possible while waiting for parts since I didn’t have a rental. They handled all the back and forth with our insurance making the pork was so much easier. My car was definitely cleaner when I got it back.

My boyfriend had an accident last friday 06/18/21 and had his car towed here to determine if his car was totaled. he had asked them that nothing be removed from the car and everything was put back the way it was brought to them. only the front left side of his car was damaged, no where else. he had been reassured by tabitha that his car hadn’t been touched outside of looking at the damage. he had it returned to his house after it was determined to be totaled out only to find that his entire gear shift, radio, cool air intake, body kit, and much more was stolen from his car. the main wiring harness to the back of the car was cut, majority of the interior panels were ripped off to expose the wires, the battery fuse was smashed, and the fuse box cover was laying on the exhaust manifold (not to mention there was a huge white paint transfer on his gas cap that wasn’t there to begin with). the tow truck driver assured that his car was locked when he left the lot and the only people to have the keys after that was the staff at this location. after the staff was confronted about it the following friday 06/25/21, the staff claimed it was unlocked when delivered to them and also stated that they have had multiple thefts with other peoples cars on the lot but have no cameras and because of their lack of security they claim no fault and assumed that’s how’s the car was when he initially got in the accident also assuming that’s how he drove it(without a gear shift and wiring cut???) the thing that doesn’t sit right with me is the fact that the tow truck driver is more than sure he locked the car. there was no broken windows or anything of the sort and the only people to have the keys, again, were the staff working. something about this scenario is sketchy as is but what also bothers me is the fact that they admitted to having multiple thefts on their lot and still have no cameras.

Joel, Tabitha and the entire team exceeded my expectations. I cannot think of a single thing they could improve on. They are the best. This is the only place I would take my cars for collision repairs and the only place I would recommend. As a matter of fact, I recommended my own Mother take her car there for repairs and she was thrilled with her repairs also. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing a collision center then you should work with the highly skilled professionals at the Marhofer Collision Center in Cuyahoga falls.

My Camaro is my baby and when someone hit me... I was heartbroken. The paint color is very difficult to match but the crew did an excellent job. My baby is back and shes beautiful. Thank you!! Joel is a very good communicator and kept me up to date with the progress on my Chevy Terrain. He was quick to respond by emails to my questions. My SUV was quickly repaired within a week and you can’t tell it was even in a wreck. They cleaned it up so nice and the repairs are top notch! They are honest and I would definitely recommend body work/repairs for your car to go here!

I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody . The manager Joel took absolute amazing care of me and my car . Ive been to high end dealerships and have never received the kind of customer service this place gave me . It took a week for my car to be fixed but after seeing how well they did and they cleaned my whole car inside and out and it wasnt even that clean when I drove it off the lot im 100 percent fine with it . They would call and give me updates about how the process was going and im just extremely thrilled I went here . I definitely would not go anywhere else . These people are professional and kind and great at their jobs .

This place has an amazing staff. Every person that I came into contact with was superb.The car looks brand new! They even cleaned out my messy car and left me a bag of candy. A few honorable mentions include Tabitha, that kept me in the know regarding my repairs. Joel Boston was the best. He dealt with the insurance company and rental car place. Josh in service was kind. He gave me my car back since I couldnt make it there til after collision closed. Also, thanks to all the guys behind the scenes sanding my car and aligning my tires that I didnt meet. Great job!

Marhofer worked on my wifes car after a crash and a part that was installed happened to be faulty. We brought the car back in and they immediately started working on it and set us up with a nice rental. They were very apologetic even though we werent upset about it. Great service and the work they did looks perfect.

Joel and his staff treated me like I was their most important customer, even though I only had a minor repair. Very thorough in going through all my options and saved me a few hundred dollars by taking a second look at my car. The work was quick and top notch.

Great service. Fast too. My parents came in from NY and had an oil leak seemingly out of nowhere. They put it up on the lift and found it to be just a loose oil drain plug. They had got an oil change prior to their trip here and apparently the drIn plug wasnt properly tightened, so they tightened it and because the car is still under warranty, there was no charge, plus they even ran it through their car wash. Start to finish we where there possibly 20 minutes. Excellent service.

Purchased a new Hyundai less than a week ago and thought something was wrong with the paint on the hood. Joel and Tom went above and beyond expectations to help remedy a minor environmental concern. I would highly recommend these guys for any repair.

This is my second time having some body work repairs done by the collision center. The staff is always friendly and knowledgable, quotes went right in to my insurance’s database, so very little work on my part having to coordinate getting that part done.
