I had a minor bumper bender thanks to ice and collision with some rocks along my driveway. My front bumper had to be replaced and front passenger side fender needed repair work and paint. The owner (Jon) and staff were on point. They got all the parts in prior to making my appointment and had me in and out in a few days as promised. The Enterprise car rental place across the street was a plus.They worked with the insurance company and the whole process was quite seamless. A great shop that does quality and trustworthy work. I will definitely come to Falls Auto Body for any future needs.

I googled body shops near me and Falls Auto Body was one of the many choices. Reading through all the google reviews that the different body shops had, Falls Autobody seemed to have the best customer service reviews (which is most important to me, and the reason I felt compelled to write my first google review ). Being that the car is in my parents name I asked them if it was ok to take my vehicle here and then proceeded to tell my insurance company thats where I wanted to go (even though they tried to get me to go elsewhere). I was greeted by a woman behind the counter who had me fill out a form, and within a few short mins Dan came out to look at my vehicle. I was so extremely impressed with the details and info Dan had to offer, I knew I had the right shop. Dan offered great advice for future accidents as well as a detailed breakdown of how this repair was most likely going to go down. He was 100% accurate and even accurately predicted my insurance would blame the shop for delays throughout the repairs. Sure enough towards the end of my repairs the insurance company called and told me that my rental was being cut off due to the lengthy time the repairs were taking. My insurance told me I should contact the body shop and ask them to cover the rental because of their delays. Little did they know Dan had not only warned me about this during my estimate but he had also kept me updated throughout the repairs. Because of this I was well aware of the delays and knew it was my insurances fault and not the body shops. I was immediately prepared and promptly replied telling them that I was kept updated by the shop NUMEROUS times, and that this was the FIRST time I had heard from them! Long story short my insurance paid the rental. Falls Auto Bodys service was OUTSTANDING and it was of course matched by the AMAZING repairs! Thanks again to Dan and the team at Falls Auto Body! I hope I never NEED to come back, but if repairs are necessary I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else!

EDIT: Jon contacted me shortly after this and compensated me for not only all the rental fees, but the rotors as well. He was very apologetic and I understand the extenuating circumstances of the pandemic that created a perfect storm of unfortunate events for everyone here. I am thankful for a good local business owner that truly cares about their customers.This shop repaired my car after an accident which was not my fault and handled by the other drivers insurance (Allstate). While they were not an Allstate preferred shop, I chose them because they were a locally owned business with a good reputation. Unfortunately, because of lack of communication with the insurance and other mistakes, choosing this shop cost me about $1800 on what should have been a cost free repair. Falls Auto Body did not submit the appropriate paperwork to insurance for the rental which resulted in them charging it all to bank account. When I call to find out why I was met with a message saying the shop had shut down for the pandemic. No one had called to notify me of this. Due to difficulty getting the parts my car was there for almost 3 months during which Jon promised many times to remedy the situation and handle the rental car bill but failed to do so. Upon picking up my car, I realized it must have been outside and unmoved as the rotors were severely corroded and needed replaced. Today, 3 months and many unreturned phone calls since picking up my car, the rental car company charged my account for the remaining balance that Jon had promised to pay. Thanks Falls Auto Body!

Service oriented, no sales pitch, all the staff listened, did their part, took care of multiple issues. Original quote was lower than a competitor,. So I had them do an extra non critical repair. Grateful for the resulting investment in my vintage VW.

Amazing people here! I emailed them about some paint defects on a rear spoiler, and Jon was very prompt to respond. The staff were courteous, and quick to fix the paint on my spoiler. These guys are looking out for the customer experience - and it shows. HIGHLY recommend Falls Auto Body.

I could not speak more highly of Falls Auto Body!As a younger woman, I’ve always found it difficult to walk into body shops. We are often worried we will be taken advantage of for our incompetence in the automotive field. You can rest assured that Falls Auto Body will treat you with respect and fairness.On Monday, Jan. 9, I brought in my 2014 Jeep Patriot for an estimate on body work and paint on the hatch before a rear window replacement. Dan, general manager, did my estimate. He was not only fast and efficient, but had a great sense of humor that made my crappy day a little better.They said they were booked until February, but due to the coming week of sleet and downpour rain (and me not having a garage, and a cover not sticking due to the cold), they managed to get my vehicle in the very next morning, Tuesday, Jan. 10 and told me it would be done by Friday evening.Thursday, January 12, I had my Jeep back and it looks just as good as the day I bought it. Dan not only came in under the estimate, but got the job done a day ahead of schedule, saving me money on my enterprise car rental. They even detailed the inside and power washed my mats.Also, Sammy at the front desk is a gem! She was incredibly kind and made the process fast and easy.I’ll never go anywhere else so long as I live in this area.

All I can say is WOW! I thought good customer service was a thing of the past. I couldn’t have been more wrong!!! I stopped at Falls Auto Body to have someone take a look at my Jeep Wrangler. After letting one of my sorority sisters borrow it to “meet a friend” a few minor scratches showed up “out of nowhere”. Crazy right?!?!?! 😂 I was greeted immediately by Dan, who quickly apologized for not knowing if I’d been standing there for a period of time or not (which I wasn’t). Dan was extremely professional and explained the typical process in which my Jeep would be fixed if going through insurance. After everything was explained we started the typical chit chat. Dan had me laughing so hard I’d forgotten about my scratches all together. Good start so far, professional and funny! It didn’t stop there! We walked out to my Jeep so I could show him the damage. He looked at the scratches, looked at me, smiled and asked if I had 10 mins. He hopped in my Jeep and pulled it to the back. When he pulled my Jeep back up I couldn’t believe my eyes but the scratches were completely gone. When I asked how much I was told “not to worry about it”, I offered cash anyhow and it was refused. He said he was just happy to help someone in need out. Pay it forward. So... in conclusion Falls Auto Body is the place to go. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. I wish other company’s would consider modeling this type of customer service!! Thanks again!!!!! 😘

Being familiar with the name and it was close I called a month ago and spoke with a woman who took all of my information and the information of my vehicle she said she would contact someone in the company and either she or they would call me back. I never heard from them so I ended up ordering my part online.The new part came damaged from shipping and I took it up there to see if they could fix it. The guy I spoke with was very friendly and expedient but the quote of about $900 was actually around what the dealer told me a brand new one would cost. I had another estimate done and it was a bit lower on labor but the same on paint and supplies.

Falls Auto Body repaired almost $6,000 worth of damage after I was in a car accident in January 2018 and told me their work was guaranteed. I noticed a small issue with the passenger lock being off track but ignored it for the longest time. Finally in November 2019 I called to see if they could check the lock for me. They got me in right away and fixed the lock for free - even after almost 2 years! Everyone there is so friendly! I am thankful for Falls Auto Body making my car safe again!

What a unacceptable place to do business.THE WORST experience I’ve ever had.I have a classic car and came to this place based on reading prior reviews. After an estimate was provided, communication to me was non-existent. Many weeks of just waiting; not once did I receive a call from this place on status. I called numerous times to check on if parts were ordered or received. Never got a straight answer, so I cancelled.This place is so unorganized.

A very nice staff however, my car was in there for 3 weeks for a minor repair. They have terrible hours on weekends also so I couldn’t pick up my car although it was already fixed. UPDATE: ten minutes after i posted this they saw my problem, called and opened the place just for me to get my car. This shows incredible customer service and I would personally recommend them to anyone. They truly care about their business and customers!

I was in a real pickle. An out of towner passing through on a road trip across the country. The lugnuts on my rear wheel loosened while driving down 80 West. The wobbling wheel snapped off two of my lugs in the process, damaging the hub.The Subaru dealer I towed my car into required a $90 inspection to assess the damage and had too busy of a schedule to even look at it so it wasn’t looking like I would be getting back on the road any time soon. The cost for damages could have been anything.I took a chance and called Falls Auto Body. The owner drove to the Subaru dealer where my car was towed to inspect the car for me, picked up the parts I needed and got me back on the road shortly after! Parts and labor were quoted very fairly too. While the dealer’s customer service was excellent, I received very personal service at Falls. I know for certain I got a better price than the dealer.Needless to say these guys are great, if you’re searching for a mechanic to go to, I am happy to make the choice a lot easier for you. I took my Kia Rio to Falls Auto Body after a major collision because my insurance company told me they are part of their network. Unlike most auto insurance networks, this just means that theyre able to speed up the process of the claim. They got it done in less than two weeks, car looked like new, and the people where great!

Shoty work at best. Had van repaired there few years ago after an accident Had to return in a few times right after due due problems with the work. Now a few years later I have problems with most of the things they fixed. our van has not been right since they repaired it

THE WORST service I’ve ever had, several times they fixed my car, each & every time I’ve had nothing but issues. They lost my car keys, they replaced a window with a broken one that didn’t work. They took weeks to fix a problem they caused. They ordered wrong parts for my fiancé’s truck, this place is just an absolute mess. If you want your car fixed properly i would look elsewhere.
