The location has super congested parking. I arrived on time, but I was stuck in traffic in the parking lot and when I finally got out of my car they made me reschedule because they claim the next appointment arrived early. That was a little unfair so I won’t be returning to this location and I will find another location that is more accommodating.

So this was my very first time ever getting a Brazilian wax and my Waxer Briana made the experience so much more relaxing. She explained everything as she was implementing them so I wouldn’t be scared. She was very professional while she performed the waxing and I highly recommend any woman or man to book an appointment to feel amazing!

My friend recommended the place when my old salon girl moved. I love the package as it definitely saves $$$. They use hard wax which I was afraid of after a bad experience elsewhere, but these girls are great. Its quick and they know what theyre doing. No problems with their hard wax. Lots of great products that have helped as well.

I was heading in to get wax when I noticed a dog sitting in a chair than going to the back with his owner as she went to get service.I love dogs, but this is not sanitized. Dogs hair flies around. I have a 16 year old dog I know.

Edit: Got a full Brazilian done by Stacey today and she was AMAZING. So meticulous, patient and caring. She took her time and got rid of all the little hairs too. She even used a tweezer to remove ingrown hairs. I had such a good experience and totally recommend her!———Got a Brazilian wax for the first time ever, and Blair did a wonderful job! She was fast, smooth and made me feel very comfortable. I even had less pain that I had anticipated, and I am definitely going back.

Waxing is almost painless, the place is clean, most of the waxers are super friendly, a bit expensive but worth not feeling the pain.

Great wax service, Shanna and Alicia are great. However horrible front desk service.Front desk staff are not meticulous with appointment details. I came 3 times and did not get my service. first time they changed my wax specialist without informing me.Second, GUESS what, they Did it again. Third, after I rescheduled for Another day, I came and did not get my service because apparently the front desk staff was definitely sleepy when she made my appointment and that my appointment is not until a week from now. So I definitely dislike customer service here and it is been a waste of my time and schedule to stop by this place 3 times and leave disappointed. Better Management and customer services needed ASAP at this location.

Well I really like this place and the person that worked on me, however I had a problem with my legs I broke out in a rash as my hair grew back I don’t have much on my lower leg but what I do have is coming back in bumps like rash I am like omg . I have never wax my legs before so I don’t know what is happening is it the wax or am I allergic to it. I also had my under arms and other places no problems. So I will not say anything bad yet. Since the other area I had no problem with the waxing maybe my legs are just sensitive. I was also talked into buying other products for bumps and for cleansing the body I love them both is the one for bumps working? I used it on my legs. Uhmmm

This post may be a bit TMI, but hey, were all family here right?I came for their premier, where they offered free waxing ANYWHERE. This is my first time getting a bikini, and from all the horror stories Ive been told, I was scared TO DEATH. I walked here to this small little store ( next to Inori Sushi and Yogurtland), and was greeted immediately with a very professional staff. Even though with my appointment my wait time was only 10 minutes, they kept thanking me for waiting.Each waxing room is private with WALLS in between. Some waxing places Ive been to, only have curtains. Each room is clean and packed with everything the wax specialist needs. Mine was Elle, and she always made sure I was okay and it wasnt too painful. She was great to talk to and very nice! She explained that European Wax Center uses a special wax made in Paris that cools so that its less painful. I dont have another Brazilian experience to compare this to, but it wasnt bad at all!I had a great experience here and cannot wait to come again!
