I didnt get the help I needed to fix my issues. The service is great service. I had an appointment with a sales rep. & The manager. I called and had to move the appointment up. I was told yes the time was good to come in. When I got there they was not there and whoever I spoke too from the Cullman store said they didnt have a record of my appointment & they couldnt help me. So come back tomorrow I was told. I then began to explain it was my third time there. And I even called customer service twice. It should be documented if they record conversations. But I still havent got my credit back from what they took from my bank. So. My problem is not solved. I hate to loose there service because I love it. But Im not giving away free money. And I feel they just kept charging my bank because they had my debit #.

The personnel were wonderful. But after speaking with eight of the representatives Im still not sure what I Will be charged until the bill actually comes. There was a lot of bait and switch and hidden fees, despite me and my husband doing due diligence in researching the product we think we got. So far, I havent any complaints on the product. I just would prefer not to feel like Im dealing with used car sales persons instead of an electronic sales agent.

Very relaxed, yet very respectful/professional. Technology seems complicated they made it easier to use and understand. Best purchase experience involving a new phone ever for me. Im 60,we have purchased a lot of cellular phones over the last three decades.

We went into the store this past Saturday and we’re helped by a young man named Shawn! He was absolutely delightful! He helped us add 2 new lines to our account and upgrade one of our phones! We have been doing business with this company for years and have always been very pleased with everyone we have ever dealt with but this young man deserves a special props because he went above and beyond to make sure we knew everything we needed to know.

Sean spoke Russian and Japanese the whole time. Gave us funny looks and I think he called me a “Tiny box” spoke only of anime. Goofed everything up, and didn’t apologize. Care bear sat in the corner, said 2 words, and was the most helpful person within 4 miles. They were eating sandwiches the whole time and got crumbs and fingerprints all over my new phone. Told me to eat my shorts like 4 times. Ruined my dreams of being an acsesarary.

I am not the primary on the acct so, primary is posting this:Did not appreciate the sales men all watching naked men & women on the TV in the store. My sales rep got more rude with every question I asked. He was so distracted by the TV that I was told 3 different versions of what was in my package and the terms. Was completely unprofessional & unacceptable.

The AT&T store on the southside of Cullman on Cherokee Avenue its not a store I would revisit. Though they are practicing social distancing and wearing masks covid issues I think they do well with. There customer service however and manager Miss Amber need to take better care the customers that build their business. I was not able to resolve an issue online and I was told to come to the store which was 12 miles away from my home. The issue with a phone contract they said could only be fixed by the store manager. I called the store and ask for the manager and they said she would call me back so I left my name and number. I also wanted 2 make sure the manager was there before I left my home. When I arrived at the store I was told she left for the day. Needless to say I would never do business with AT&T again for any reason.

Came in after I discovered a huge mix up with my bill/account. The first rep Jason was very thorough, professional, and worked very hard to get to the bottom of the situation (which he did). I had to come back in later that day with my mother to finish fixing the problem and Sean took over the process. He was so nice, charismatic, and helpful! Great customer service

The Cullmam At&t store, is awesome. Cant say the same about the At&t store off of university drive in Huntsville its like night and day. I will drive the extra 2hrs, to get the professional service at the cullman store.

We had a very pleasant experience at the AT&T store Thursday. The associate was knowledgeable, fast and seemed to enjoy his job. He was very helpful and had us in and out.

This has been an incredibly fantastic experience with Sean.We have waited so long to replace and upgrade our phones because we assumed it would be horrible.But, not so.Sean has been professional, polite, knowledgeable and very ae to lead us to exactly what we needed.

Need to install a sign in Kiosk as the salespeople are busy assisting customers and have no idea what order people arrived and even miss signing people in at all.

I am very impressed with the customer service and the way they helped me out with one of my issues with buying a phone, granted I didnt buy one but I am very satisfied with the service and I will definitely tell my co workes about the At@t store in Cullman Al
