Brian did a great job making sure my CTS-V was repaired correctly after another body shop hacked it up. Everything was correctly inspected and redone and I couldnt be happier with the work one year later. Great shop, highly recommend them.

I went to Collision Specialists for some minor body work on my car recently, and they did such an amazing job! I haven’t seen my Sportage look this good since I first got it- people have even been asking me if I got a new car because it looks so great. They were fast and courteous, and if I ever need body work in the future, I’ll definitely be using them again.

Brian Hirchert, owner of Collision Specialists, and the work he and his team performed on the vehicle was OUTSTANDING!! Brian took care of all the details from the minute the vehicle was dropped off for repair, to when it was picked up a few days later. Brian kept us posted on the status of the vehicle, what was being done, and when it would be ready, throughout the entire repair process. I had previously used another body shop in Crystal Lake in the past and have been very disappointed in both the quality of the repair work and the customer service. Ive had to use this company twice in a short span of time (people just couldnt seem to not hit me).Both experiences were flawless and hassle free. Brian and his wife(?) are total professionals and extremely helpful and friendly.On my last visit, not only did they do their usual outstanding job, they also buffed a bunch of scuffs that were no where near the damage out of my paint job. And they detailed the interior! They didnt have to do that, but they did.I will never take my business anywhere else. And neither should you.

Brian helped me out with a sticky situation. I needed some damage repaired and fast! He did the job quickly, perfectly, and honestly. I had looked around before finding CS of CL, but the minute I met him and spoke to him I knew he could be trusted (and every review I read helped justify my gut feeling). There are so many repair shops out there, but finding somebody that was trustworthy and dependable was the challenge. Bottom line...he did a fantastic job at a fair price and was finished when he said that he would be. What a refreshing experience during a stressful time.
