We had the BEAT experience at this dealership! Laura was amazing, the GM, Jack, as additionally wonderful! The most attentive, professional staff I have seen. They let us test drive whatever we wanted. And then when we purchased a used Jaguar they rolled out the red carpet. My husband and I were beyond satisfied. Thank you!!

There are a few things in life that you do because you have to even though there’s rarely any joy in it. Going to have your vehicle serviced is one of those. That would have been my contention until I encountered service at SS Jaguar Land Rover. Whether it’s on the phone or once you arrive in person, Jack makes you feel like he’s welcoming you into his home. I have never experienced a customer service agent like him. He’s as on-point as a representative could be. Having my car serviced at SSJLR takes a 250 mile round trip for me and I continue to do it. The place is clean, the waiting area is very accommodating and all the associates are friendly. Probably most important is the process is consistent - it’s this way each time I come here. This is car maintenance on steroids. If you’re looking for a place for your next vehicle service, even if it means a little extra driving, choose this place. You won’t regret it.

Terrible dealership to do business with. I started the process to purchase a used vehicle and we had agreed to a deal. They then try and force you to buy a protection package with the vehicle...used car manager calls me and says he sold the car to carmax for $1000 more in profit. They definitely aren’t a customer 1st company.

I recently visited this particular Jaguar for service on my vehicle, and was given an estimated wait time of 1 hour and 40 minutes for a simple tire service and a car wash. My sales associate who originally sold me my car stepped right in and expedited my service in which I thought was phenomenal. Charles goes above and beyond for his customers even after you sign the deal! Which is very hard to find when purchasing a vehicle.

Recently purchased a used LR4 with 111,000 miles. After owning it for less than 3 weeks, the A/C stopped working and having issues with the brakes. The dealership is not willing to stand behind these issues. The rotors are measuring as needing replacement. The dealership stated they didn’t measure the rotors and this is common practice for them if brake pads look fine. The A/C was overcharged and luckily after releasing pressure it seems to be working ok now. Will be needing to replace rotors on our own dime, after owning the vehicle for less than 3 WEEKS. I did purchase this vehicle from out of state and Jordan, the salesman, was great to work with. They did deliver the vehicle to my doorstep free of charge (they offered). Just super disappointed with the vehicle and having to replace the brakes. Crossing my fingers the A/C holds out. I’d expect this from a small dealership. But not a dealership with the status of Jaguar Land Rover. And the subpar service from the manager after bringing up these issues, is upsetting. Having to send multiple emails just for him to reply. He hasn’t even replied to our last email. Wouldn’t purchase from here again under this management. Buyer beware.

Having a terrible day, had a lot planned this weekend. Filled my gas tank in my car too it acting up out of nowhere last night only had it 8weeks...got it towed to shop this morning in hopes of a loaner car so I can finish my only weekend off & was told no more loaner cars all 30cars are loaned out till Tuesday, I don’t tell them wait to take the money out my account for this extra coverage I pay for so I’m very disappointed jack and Jim the salesman guys are kool dudes. But the “Service department” really raised my blood pressure so now I have money I paid/planned to do things down the drain now with no extra

Lisa Medved (Service Advisor) was very helpful during my entire experience. I had a bad transmission that needed to be replaced. I was under warranty but later discovered that the warranty company would not cover the repairs. Lisa worked patiently with me and kept me up to date with her communication with the warranty company. In the end we were able to work out a price that worked for me. She did an outstanding job advising me and keeping me updated on the repairs during the entire process. Great Job Ms. Medved!

I bought a Range Rover Velar from a wholesaler out of state. It was loaded with undocumented interior and exterior damage. The service manager, Lisa, has been an absolute guardian angel in helping me document, quote, and get it repaired. I am 110% satisfied with her customer service, as well as the shops abilities to repair and fix the damages. It looks brand new. I cannot commend her enough for going above and beyond. Its rare you find someone who is truly willing and able to help when you desperately need it!I should have known better than to buy a vehicle over the phone and internet. Especially since they refused to cover the thousands of dollars of work necessary to get my Velar into the condition I agreed to purchase. After my experience with Lisa and JLR my next purchase will be here!

You took the initiative to have the Aston inspected and all issues serviced to original intended condition. Small details like filling the fuel tank and changing the oil were also noticed and appreciated. The Aston is stunning and extremely fun to drive (especially in Sport mode). I am very disappointed. The service seemed nice. We were told the timing chain and tensioner needed to be replaced at the cost of 6K. With some research we found the parts average 300.00 dollars and 1800 to 2500 dollars in labor. Thats 3K for both not 6K thanks for the 80.00 dollar wiper blades too. Next time Ill go to NAPA my mistake. I realize they need to make a profit but come on. Will not be going back

When I visited Jaguar Land Rover, Mike took care of me and was able to get me in my dream SUV!! I was so excited and amazed. So thankful! I had a great experience at this dealer! I inquired about a range rover with Rick. He was very helpful and honest . We negotiated over a couple weeks by phone and when I brought in my trade in and drove the Range we were able to negotiate a deal! There were ZERO hidden fees ! Was a great experience at a car dealer. The managers Ron and Bruno were a blast to work with! Bruno left his gas station sun glasses in the vehicle we bought and was extremely happy that I brought them back to him! Im super happy with our purchase and was great doing business with them . I would definitely go back!

Drove about 2 hours to this dealership for service, as it is the closest one to my house (my problem...Im aware). A few months ago I took my Range Rover in, and it was a very pleasant experience. However, when I dropped my Range Rover off on Saturday (12/28), they gave me a courtesy vehicle and told me to have a good weekend...odd. So the service department called me an hour later and said they wouldnt be able to look at it until the following Monday. Fair enough...Monday (they were very busy in the shop - couldnt look at it); Tuesday (the assigned technician was out); Wednesday (holiday, so closed); Thursday (they were short-staffed and hadnt even looked at it yet). Friday, they try to say nothing is wrong with my vehicle and that they will bring me my vehicle. Come to find out, they did not look at the notes from my previous service a few months ago to know that a sensor was faulty. Only after me telling them to look back in their service notes did they THEN agree to fix the sensor. Saturday (they finally get the part and will work on it Monday). Monday (the assigned technician had the flu). Which brings us to today, Tuesday. A lovely gentleman delivered my vehicle to me, but the SECOND I drove my vehicle it started making the exact noise the service department said they couldnt replicate (and thus, could not fix). They wouldnt even put it up on a hoist to look at all the rust underneath my Rover causing the problem. So, now I have to drive even farther away to take it somewhere else to be serviced, as this service department has proven to be unprofessional and rather incompetent. Very disappointing for a luxury dealership. Dont waste your time.

In ask manager no answer. without my consent they ran my credit score . that’s all they did to my profile.
