It was my first time in here and I was at a loss for words with all the goodies before my eyes! Cynthia was amazing! Very helpful and knowledgeable with all the products! She was extremely patient with me as I asked several questions about products and her recommendations…let me just say I left with a bunch of goodies thanks to her! I appreciated her taking the time to help me and assuring me that the products I purchased would do their job! Again, Thank You Cynthia for an enjoyable experience! I’ll be back!!

This is one of the better Planet Beauty stores.The manager Diana is smart and goes out of her way for customers.She is very professional and knows how to run a store.

She was super helpful as soon as I walked in I got greeted and attended was in n out in a jiffy even though she was the only one there attending other customers as well definitely coming back for the good deals !

Love, love, love this place!! They have the best coupon deals around. Aside from buying all of my hair products here (which everyone is very knowledgeable about), I also bought my hair tools here. Unfortunately both my straightener and hair dryer stopped working properly after only 2 years. However!!! I went back in (with my receipt) and the assistant manager, Diana, was able to help me exchange the items with a full store credit refund. She was extremely knowledgeable with helping me select a new straightener and blow dryer. So excited to use my new tools. As always, this place earns my return business. Highly recommend!!!

This store is awesome!! Super clean and organized. The staff is great...ask for Tiffany she knows her stuff. You can literally buy everything from hair care, make-up, skin care to nail supplies!! My one stop shop!

Always very helpful, kind and courteous!

Clean, organized, well-stocked small store. The person who was working (tall, older blonde gal with messy bun and glasses) was indifferent, condescending and NOT helpful....basically said that the product I was looking for was something they hadnt carried in years and that I should look for it at Target. Did not politely say that they didnt carry it and would I like to try another, similar product. I was also looking for a spray bottle top to replace on an existing product that I had with me. She looked at the Eurospa product and said it smelled like Pinesol, when it actually was a eucalyptus and lavender scent. Perhaps her sense of smell has diminished over time. The store was nice but I will NOT go back there with someone like that working there. PS I typically write positive reviews (for Trip Advisor as well as Newport Mesa Animal Hospital that I visited yesterday....they were awesome!!!)
