About a month ago I gave them a 1 star on the review after some 1 from glad girl contacted me n gave me a tip that solved the problem, so on customer service n product I give a 5 stars but because the tip should have been in the instructions from the beginning I gave them a high 4 stars ... great customer service u can tell they stand behind there products..
