Recently had my car repaired by the team at Fix Auto in Costa Mesa. The experience from start to finish was quick and painless. Jazmyne answered all my questions and kept me up to date on the progress of my car. They were also able to refinish my new matte black wheel, so extra kudos for that work. I highly recommend this shop.

Jazmyne was most helpful and attentive when I first walked through the door. Her understanding of the process in which I was about to walk through was helpful in putting mind at ease. They communicated regularly and finished the job in under the time they estimated. When I came to pick my vehicle up George was kind and swift to get me on my way. Exceptional service provided by Fix Auto Costa Mesa. I took my car to them for repairs after an accident that was caused by another driver. The damage was so extensive the estimated time for repairs was initially quoted for 2 weeks. However, Fix Auto went above and beyond with the service and repairs and I was able to pick up my car 4 days early. When I went to pick up my car I was so impressed with the quality of their work!!! Brought my C-max in for minor paint fixing and to replace some tail lights incurred during a hit and run. Service was exceptional. I read the reviews before bringing it in and they were glowing I was expecting good service but it surpassed it. Repairs were done faster then they promised which was already reasonable and best of all the work looks good. Im a happy customer and glad I brought my car here and would recommend again. Kudos to the front girl Lynnsey for being super attentive and friendly.

As soon as i walked in i knew i was in the right place. Lynsey was very professional and very helpful. She filled up all the paper work for me. She went out of her way to make everything easy and fast. It only took them THREE DAYS to fix my car. When i picked up my car i was very impressed on how good my car looked. I couldn’t even tell where the damage was. I highly recommend this place!!

I had our Lexus RX450h repaired at Fix Auto at the recommendation of our insurer Geico, for whom Fix Auto is a Geico Express repair shop. The experience was a mixed bag. The quality of the repair appears to be high and the manager, Alison was communicative after I complained about the lack of communication from her team. All in all, a repair scheduled for one week took 2 weeks. Alison said that his was due to Geicos adjuster being slow to respond and Lexus shipping damaged parts repeatedly. I recommend this shop due to the quality of their work but was not happy about how long the repairs took.

Super fast turn around time! I took my car over to them after having a piece of debris fly up and break the headlight and dent the hood on my car and they gave me an estimate that was also sent to my insurance. They needed to order the headlight and said theyd call me when it came in.Yesterday they told me the parts were ready so I dropped it off at lunch. Today, they called me and told me the car was ready to be picked up! The headlight was fixed and the hood repainted in just 24 hours! You cant even tell there was every any damage. Im sure this was a much smaller repair than they are used to, but the service and speed was incredible.They even washed my car for me before I picked it up.Ill never go anywhere else!

These guys did a great job with my 2015 Audi A3. They are super knowledgeable with the repairs and make you feel comfortable with everything down to the rental car. They regularly called me to update me on the repairs and when it would be finished. Fast, professional and friendly service!

I and two others hit a huge tire on the freeway at 0430 last week. We all pulled over because it sounded pretty bad. I had my car at Auto Fix within hours and a detailed printout the following day of what needed to be fixed. They were very communicative but only by phone as I asked (they gave me options- text/ email). My car was finished three days earlier than quoted and looks great! All persons spoken to we’re friendly and polite. Very happy with my service.

I was very satisfied with my experience at Fix Auto. They towed my car after an accident and was able to email the paperwork, so that I wouldn’t have to go to the shop. I needed heavy repairs, so it took around three weeks for them to complete everything. They called me back every week to keep me updated. They communicated everything that needed to be done and gave me an estimate time and cost of everything. They were always professional. The shop is clean and welcoming. The girls at the front were amazing so kind and helpful from the moment i got there. they were punctual and helpful. responded in a timely matter every time about my car updates. i did two claims at once and my insurance happened to be a little slower .. they were patient the entire time which means a lot especially to someone like me who has anxiety. my car looks amazing and it was done SO fast considering they were doing the two claims at once on two separate sides of my vehicle. as long as i live in orange county i am going to continue to come back here for anything of my car troubles. :-)

I confess to being one of those people who dont really trust car salesmen or service people in the car industry. And I was suspicious of Fix Auto as well when sent to them by my insurance company. I admittedly had some edge to my attitude at first but the people at FA never wavered in their service, good attitude, friendliness and promises. I was pleasantly surprised. After having excessive key damage on my car that required a full body paint job, Ben and Lynnsey were extremely polite and accommodating in giving me multiple quotes and walking me through the process with my insurance. Not once did they bat an eye and they made the whole process so easy. I expected my car to be in the shop for a couple weeks and it only took about 4 days and looked brand new when I went to pick it up. The slate grey color of the car was perfectly matched as well. 10/10, especially if you have Geico insurance.

However, I just recently picked up my car today, and they took good care of my car. Not only did they take care of my car. Jasmine is very sweet and very professional and was very patient when i was running late to pick up my car. Also, there was a minor scratch in the back of my car. This shop by far is the only body shop that I would trust in any paint concerned repairs. They did an excellent job in color matching two of my vehicles body panels. I would highly recommend them in any insurance related repairs for there grade A customer service. As well as communication to the customer for their repairs, concerns, and time frame.
