I think this is an owner who only cares about the super rich clients. I want to mod my Infiniti but after looking at the reviews I am concerned about the price and more important the customer service. the owner is probably talking directly to the super rich and is disregarding the regularly folks who are calling regularly to the office.

Honestly. POS company. Great products absolutely horrible customer service. Bought a product for 200$ usd. Was assured that they would charge me extra for brokerage and duties so i wouldnt have to pay them when they came to canada. Of course they come to canada and i owe 100 cad for these duties and taxes now when i paid 105$usd. Impossible to get in contact with them now and the sales guy Kenny will not respond to any of my emails to fix the commercial invoices amount. They basically scammed me legally and nobody is going to chase them, instead ill be sent to collections if i dont pay regardless of my evidence. Absolute dog s*** of a company. Will never buy products from them again.

They would get 0 starts if possible. This name use to be the go to name for anything Nissan! Now when you call them asking about parts they produce, with their name on it, theylll say We dont do that, thats illegal! lol even tho they make superchargers for nissan Zs and so much more (with horrible fitment). They couldnt even recommend any kind of performance shops in the area and just said its illegal. Well what about that full catback exhuast you guys make for nissans and infintis huh stillen? Hope I see you guys are some car event in OC so the public can how lame you guys really are....

The tubing they provide with the Tundra tru-air intake kit is too short from the box to the front inlet so I had to go purchase my own. Other than that, the intake is great.

Stillen has very poor quality control. I bought a cat back exhaust system and had it professionally installed. It simply did not fit. It looked terrible. Contacted Stillen and they wanted photo after photo. Finally took it back and then acknowledged it was the worst quality issue they had ever seen. Sent me a ‘new’ one. Still isn’t centered but I’m tired of dealing with them. The customer service kid who help d me (Mizael) was helpful but the ‘VP’ was a coward. Wouldn’t get involved and was always ‘unavailable’. Definitely don’t buy a precision part from them because they can’t measure. This was a ‘nice to have’ upgrade that I would never again trust with Stillen. I asked for my emails to be forwarded to Steve Stillen but he is shielded as well. Never again will I spend a penny with Stillen.

To date I have not encountered a more customer service committed company, at least not in this industry.Mizael Hernandez and Stillen have gone far and above to earn our admiration and customer loyalty.We had a slight issue with the install of a rear diffuser and all though they obviously did not install it, Mr. Hernandez has taken us under his wing to insure the issue is resolved to our satisfaction.Stillen is not the BEST because they are HUGE, they are HUGE because they are the BEST.Thank you very much!

They make very good products. Unfortunately thats where it ends, logistics and customer service is not one of their priorities. I ordered a Stillen intake for my truck. Item took some time to arrive, upon taking an inventory of the contents I discovered the CARB EO# decal was not in the kit. I called and got the run around from a number of different people. I finally got a hold of someone in the warehouse and getting them to mail out a compliance decal was frustrating. They wanted to charge me FedEx rate for decals which was supposed to be with the product. I finally agreed for them to scan the decal in an email and I took it to a local print shop to reproduce the decal and paid for it out of my own pocket. This ordeal spanned over 5 months. Regardless of covid restrictions it doesnt take 5 months to mail out a compliance decal which they should be familiar with because they operate in California. Like I stated earlier, their products are good but I would suggest you go through a distributor or different online store and put in your purchase notes to insure the CARB EO# decal is in the package (for California residents). I can not recommend doing business with this company directly, save yourself the stress and heartache.

They told me my order was good and ready to go, been a week later, contacted them said it’s on back order and they’re barely “making it” I’ve never had a bad experience with anything ever until I decided to order through Stillen or their vendors. Paid 120.00 for 2 day shipping. It’s been 2 weeks and they’re barely making it? What a joke. I’d honestly rate it zero if I could.

Stillen is a good company. Nothing against them. However in the world of tuning, performance and customer service they are left behind in the dust. Over the years that I have to deal with them over my supercharger which I believe they are using the Eaton M90 chassis and modifying the ecu and other components, their sales guys just dont know what you are talking about. I think I know more than their sales guys. Its disappointing. However their parts are okay, nothing that will blow your socks do. Long story short if I had to modify my car with any aftermarket components, Stillen would be towards the bottom of my list. However, I will give them 3 starts because they still painstakingly pull through.

I had an order over phone they said I would get it by a certain day and nothing Ive seen sent messages regarding my item that never arrived very disappointed lack of communication with customer they said they let me know and still nothing again I have to msg them to ask them in what happened. Anyways Ill never trust or buy from them. Poor service. Any other company would of taken care of the problem immediately so thanks for nothing I just want my money back.

Saw a comment saying phone friendly service yea right... Spoke with a woman named Jen, who had an attitude when I was asking about if this organization tuned cars. Was hoping to get full bolt ons done to my camaro... I dont write to many reviews, so this speaks volumes. Maybe she was having a bad day, who knows but dont take it out on me.

Horrible!! I will never order from them again. Right now all I want is my money back. 5 days ago I ordered a trunk lip spoiler for my 2015 Subaru WRX. It only cost $180 dollars. I provided all of my card information and billing. Im shipping to my place of business which is a dealership. Ivan emails me the next day saying they are having a hard time processing my order because my billing address doesnt match whats on file. So I immediately respond Sorry I just moved heres the correct address 2 Days go by no word (my card has already been billed.) I email Ivan and request an update. He finally responds that per their shipping policy they cant ship to an address different then the billing address unless its my place of business (which it is) in which case they need the name and phone to confirm I work there. I again responded immediately with the information he required and again no response. Today I email again on the 5th day asking for an update and Ivan says oh were having trouble confining you work there (Im a manager there) please give me your banks name so I can call them directly. Ive never in my life heard of such a thing. All for a $180 spoiler. So I respond this seems to be extremely difficult to do business with you please refund my money so I can order elsewhere. Guess what... No response.. I try calling 4 times and no one picks up the phone. This is absolutely the work company Ive ever had the misfortune of spending my money with. The customer service and follow up is a sick joke. Word to the wise order elsewhere if you can.

Dishonest, Deceitful, ImmoralHere are the facts of my experience with this company; you can decide whether to risk your hard earned money with these cheaters. A culture of lying and deceit starts at the top of any organization as it does at Stillen with their owner, Steve Millen and VP Kyle Millen. I will share my experience with as many car enthusiasts as to prevent as many people as possible from being ripped off by Stillen.August 2016 - purchased an AP Racing Radical Big Brake Kit for $6,500 and was told by the salesperson, Kenny Duong that he would provide tracking information in a couple of days. Emailed Kenny after 3 days, didnt hear back and when we spoke on the phone, I was told that my order would not arrive for 6-8 weeks. After 6 weeks, I confirm with Kenny the shipping dates he communicated. Closer to the 8 week mark, Im told that my order is going to be delayed further because some of the parts needed to assemble my brakes have not been manufactured by AP Racing yet. After threatening to cancel my order, their VP, Kyle Millen miraculously finds all of the parts for my order and I receive my brakes around Thanksgiving, November 2016, nearly 4 months after they were initially promised.May - June 2017 - After driving on street pads with no issues for 5 months, I put on track pads and during my very first session on the track, I experience severe brake judder. I cant put my car back on the track and have to forfeit my remaining sessions. I take my car to my mechanic who determines my rotors are warped. He communicates his findings to Stillens Brake Manager Walter Chen who disagrees and suggests that the shaking is caused by uneven pad deposit. He tells me to clean the rotors using a brake hone brush.I clean the rotors as suggested by Walter, but the brake judder is still there which I communicate but am told that I need to hone the brakes yet again. When I ask that Sillen pay for this service because they are asking me to spend money on a service that isnt working, they send me a waiver form which basically absolves Stillen from any responsibility. When I refuse to sign the waiver Kyle Millen sends Walter an email (which is forwarded to me) saying, At the end of the day track use voids any and all warranty consideration. Including the warranty on the car itself from BMW…We are being generous in offering additional compensation. At this stage there is nothing more that we can offer. We will not be offering to refund the kit and/or buy it back. In a subsequent letter to me, Kyle says, We have customers running over 70 track days with these kits along with daily driving use and we have never had a report of any issues or vibrations.July through August 2017 - I and another certified mechanic, clean my rotors several times but the issue remains and Stillen continues to suggest that the brakes are not the issue. Walter Chen even suggests in an email that the brake compounds on my Hawk street pads and Ferodo track pads are incompatible. If this is an issue, then why did Kenny Duong, Stillen salesperson sell these sets of pads to me? After checking with his VP, Walter says that Stillen will send me a different set of Ferodo front pads but that I have to pay for matching rear pads. So they sell me pads that dont work well with each other but now I have to pay for pads to fix the issue?August - October 2017 - Brake judder continues, multiple emails and calls to Walter with no resolution. Finally in October, after paying for several brake cleaning services, my mechanic carefully assess the rotors and communicates the following to Stillen, Anyway I definitely feel it is a brake problem so my final conclusion would be the rotors take on a warped shape when hot since they were warped when measured hot on the car and everything checks out good.My experience with Stillen has resulted in a loss of more than $10,000 in parts, labor and lost track time. Stillen jeopardized mine and other drivers safety so that they could save a few dollars by not replacing warped rotors. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I ordered stillen cat back exhaust, stillen rear diffuser, stillen rear wing. Then I spent the big money and paid over $7500 for the stillen supercharger kit. I placed the order, and after a week never received shipping confirmation, I called they had no idea about my order. They finally found it and said they needed time to pack it all up and it got delayed longer and longer it took 3 weeks, I received one package around 11am then 13 hrs later almost midnight I received the second package. Then i installed the kit and sent my ROM dump, their manual says it could take as long as a few day to receive a tune, well I called and they told me it could take up to two weeks because they had to get a crack for my car, so uprev was amazing and got it done in less than 24 hrs! Well stillen drops the ball again, I was told it should take an hour to get a tune done, then 3 hours later nothing, so I call, and am told its almost done, only another 30 mins, well I wait to find out Kenny left for the day after telling me he was on it. Well guess what, I never got the tune after waiting all day and leaving work planning on getting the tune like I was told!! Every time I call I get an excuse or a lie! Im have paid Stillen around $10,000 in the last month, I deserve better treatment than this! This is horrible Stillen, seriously Im tempted to rip out every stillen part and tell everyone in the industry to steer well clear!Update my exhaust is rusty and I live in CO no salt here!! The rear wing is deformed from day 1 and the rear diffuser falls off

Horrible horrible customer service. Ive never ever had such bad customer service for me to write a bad review about, thats how bad it was. Bought an intake for my g35 i sent the specialist pictures so hw said he knew exactly what i needed. Turns out i needed another part and that 314$ intake was not what i needed. Called them to request a return label, no one could help me out for about 3 days. I insisted to talk to the manager, finally was able for get the return label at my own cost. Took a week for them to actually email me it. After some BS fees they refunded me 249$, i paid 314$ for the part! They refund tool like 10days. Just the worst cutomer service ill probally experience in my whole life. No there is willing to help until you talk to the manager and even then they lag to help.

Extremely dissatisfied. I have one of their super chargers with intercooler. $8000.00 worth with installation. it is using up antifreeze,so I called them (Stillen direct) and they cant give me any idea or tech advise as to why it is consuming antifreeze. No visible leaks on my shop floor. I live in Colorado and they say they cant help me.unless I bring them the car. Kenny *(sales rep) told me to take it to a local mechanic in my area. Pretty sure that my Local mechanic wont have a clue with this system. And that mechanic would be calling Stillen to get the same results as I did from Kenny. Bad choice on my part of this product. You would figure that the manufacturer / seller / installer would have a clue of what is going on with this system. Extremely pissed off. I will uninstall all this equipment and install a twin turbo charger system for half the cost. Total Bullshit. I have never had any good luck with these guys. Total shame. Piss poor customer service.
