City Air is awesome! They did not install my A/C, but they have fixed it several times. They have always been on time, knowledgeable, friendly and they do a great job for an affordable price. Today, Alex even came out to make sure I understood the changes that were made and walked me through it. I couldn’t be more pleased with an A/C company. Thank y’all for all that you do!

Scott is a man of integrity. He saved me hundreds of dollars repairing my two AC units. I went through the home warranty service when the 1st AC unit started struggling, filed a claim and got an estimate from their in-network vendor, of which I was responsible for a considerable portion. I called City Air when the 2nd AC unit died. Scott came that Sunday, gave the 1st unit another look and found the root cause of the problem which was significantly cheaper to repair. The 2nd unit was a quick fix and we were up and running in no time. I cant imagine what the other vendor would have wanted to charge for that 2nd unit. Scott, thank you so much!

I waited a few days to leave my review just so I could make sure everything was working correctly. And it is!!! I’m super pleased with this company, me and my husband rent a pretty old house and for the past 3 summers have not had cool ac these guys came in and temporarily fixed my ac so I would have cool air until they were able to get our new system ordered and rebuilt although it took a while for them to get the new system in due to them being very busy with summer season they came within a few weeks got it built and now I can say it works how it’s supposed to, also I asked tons of questions and these guys worked hard to answer each and every one of them they walked me through the whole process and showed me how to prevent any more issues for our future in this house. Just want to give a huge thank you to these guys and will recommend to everyone!!!
