Fast service at a reasonable price.

The technicians didn’t set my features back on my car. I knew it was a total cluster…when I saw the tech in my car struggling to turn it on. The window tag did not specify what brand, date, synthetic blend or reg oil on it. I called and the cashier and she was no help at all. She kept me on hold for 15 minutes because she so called had a lot of customers. Lucky for her I drove by the parking lot and there were maybe 2 cars total. Very bad customer service. All the techs looked new meaning hadn’t seen them there before and this is the ONLY place I get my oil changed. The tech that signed my receipt is Jason Paredes. Next time fill out all the information on the tags. I’m going to think about getting my oils changed there in the future. Very disappointed in the service today.

I visited on a Saturday at noon to get my vehicle inspected and it seems that most of Calallen had the same idea. They had a really good system going and I didnt have to wait long. They were friendly even though extremely busy and being able to sip on my cappuccino while sitting inside the convenience store was perfect! I will definitely bring my other vehicles to be inspected here. Thanks!

Great shop. Water pump died on my truck heading home from vacation. On a Sunday! Romans was open to take my truck. No mechanics on Sunday but they parked it indoor at night and had it fixed by 2pm the next day! Great service, great work, reasonably priced. Highly recommended

I went early in the morning and there was no wait at all. I read a book while they inspected my vehicle that took less than 10 minutes. The man was very courteous and professional. Will be returning for future inspections.

I usually go to this place because its close to my job and its convenient. The ladies at the store are awesome. If I was only doing a review on them it would be excellent. The place I rated as poor is the service station. I went to get my inspection sticker and I waited 20 min. The owner, which is Roman, kept walking by me and kept ignoring me. Then a man walks up and he helped him immediately. I brought it to his attention and he got upset. All I asked was to be acknowledged. He could have told me something like, I will be right with you or Can I help you? Anything would be fine as long as he acknowledged me and not ignore me! He was EXTREMELY RUDE!! Apparently Roman Mazurek DOES NOT CARE FOR HIS CUSTOMERS!!! Many people had told me he was rude but never believed it until...IT HAPPENED TO ME!!! I will never go there again and will NEVER recommend it to anyone!!!

I asked for semi–synthetic oil, and he put in for synthetic oil instead and charged me $79 for it. My car does not even require synthetic oil. Very unhappy, will not return.

Normally I would rate higher possibly 5 but they rehired an extremely obnoxious nose in your business employee back she drives a white hatchback and her name is Nina I just went there and when I saw her through the window I immediately turned around and took my business elsewhere
