I am new to C.C. and I was not sure where to take my vehicle. if I needed repairs. Luckily I randomly came across Lamkin Auto and I gave them a call.I must say they have amazing customer service. I had a repair expense that was quoted at over 1k at the dealership plus a 3 week waiting period.I showed up to Lamkin Auto and within 3 hours I was out the door with the repair and about a quarter of the price.The Lead Mechanic showed the damaged part and where the part was located on the vehicle. Which most repair shops dont do.A super friendly group of people and they didnt try to upsell me on any repairs.So It looks like I found my trusted repair shop!Thank you!Lamkin Auto

Had my car towed to this shop for repair. They had it up and running in a little over a week. Great communication with the front office girl.

I highly recommend Lamkin Auto. As a single woman its hard to find an honest repair shop. I was treated with respect and the service was exceptional and prompt . The pricing is more then fair. I would recommend this shop to anyone . Friendly office staff!

Had my car in the shop for weeks because there is no hurry. Long story short, and $500 later my car is still not working properly. Norman shows me how to start it so it will run. If I have to do that every time. Then its not done right. I had high hopes I had found the right place but I have been let down once more. Desperately seeking Susan! Update...still cant drive my car 😢 I see someone else wont recommend you. Not looking good. How come you didnt try to work with me me.?

Norman bent a stud holding the tensioner pulley causing the belt to shred and break after about a day destroying valves. He claimed it was a defective belt but warrantied the work. I supplied him with a belt from the manufacturer that he requested, but he never fixed the bent stud and didnt put the engine back together correctly bending another valve. I found a mechanic that fixed everything costing me more than $2000 for Normans negligent work. He can probably fix some things but I would never trust this guy.Clearly Norman doesnt listen to me in person or completely read this review. The problem both times is not with the part, but with Mr. Lamkins workmanship. He bent the stud holding the tensioner pulley but never detected the problem that he caused, either time. The second time he assembled the engine, he bent another valve. He full well knew that something was wrong with the car (bent valve) because he moved the car to another location and the engine was not running properly.First repair: He bent a stud causing the belt to shred itself after about a day.Second repair: He never fixed the stud, and bent a new valve while putting on a cam tower. I supplied him with the belt from the manufacturer that he requested and it started to shred, but I checked on the car before it broke.Third time: Not gonna happen with this guy. His workmanship is atrocious.

They not only quoted me for me to bring my own wheel bearing and hub to replace at an amazing price, but they gave me a great price when I couldnt get the knuckle off the axle and did the job for me for lower than anyone else. Highly recommend this place.

This man knows his stuff. He is reasonable and honest.

Do not trust Lamkin Auto, I called to have them look at my Jeep that they replaced trany. I set an appointment for 4pm when I got there they were closed. I called and left a message saying I was there. They never returned my call and left me hanging.

Lamkin auto repair is a great place to have your vehicle worked on. I strongly recommend it.

Spent a grand to fix my car and guess what it still does not work also they broke my stupid interior. not recommended.
