MasterTech is the absolute best mechanic I have found in Corpus. The front staff (who are women) are so helpful and friendly. They speak to women in a way that doesnt make you feel dumb for not knowing everything about your car. The pricing is completely fair and they provide itemized quotes before you even agree to service. The service side is equally as friendly and they get the job done on time and with a smile. I have never had such pleasant experiences at a mechanic before. If you arent going to MasterTech you’re messing up!!!

All general maintenance! My car started overheating about a week and a half ago. Took it to Master Tech Auto (weve been here previously for oil changes and basic upkeep) and their technicians called me the next day with a diagnosis and a solution for my car. The longest part about keeping my car in the shop was waiting for the parts, which only took a couple of days longer due to the recent storm. Otherwise all of the staff I spoke to were very polite and more than willing to assist me in any way! They also regularly contacted me for updates to my car. I spoke mainly with Armando, and he was fantastic! 10/10 would recommend anyone to take their vehicles to this shop for fantastic friendly service. Will definitely be back the next time our cars need something!

We are so pleased with the service here! My husband and I have had bad experiences at other car repair shops, but these guys were so awesome. Our car issue was challenging, but these guys worked hard to find solutions, gave us a lower bill than we thought, and added some free services as well. Armando the Service Manager and Shannan are top notch. They displayed true professionalism and both kept me informed from the beginning to the end during my major truck repair. I had a squeaky belt, and called them about it and it turns out it was my serpentine belt and tensioner. They said it would take about 30 minutes and i came out to $100 for all of it! They were not only on time with it but 10 minutes early! Customer service was immaculate and stayed in contact with me about everything, fantastic communication to customers! They also had the best attitude I’ve ever seen at a auto shop! Definitely would go back and recommend friends here

I wish I could have found Master Tech Auto Center long time ago. Wish there was more than 5 stars for a rating. They are friendly, courteous, and go above and beyond to provide excellent service. Shannon in the office is courteous and very helpful. She provided a car rental each time I needed it. Shannon is very friendly and always provides excellent service Mando is very friendly and pleasant to talk to. He always quotes cost for repair and explains all the things that need to be repaired. I highly recommend Mando for all repairs that are needed. I can’t praise them enough for all the excellent service they have provided.

Professional affordable and extremely accommodating. Diagnosed the issue and did the repair quickly so I was able to get back on the road! Also referred me to a great place for an alignment! Highly recommend!

I live out of town across the bridge but I was in Corpus doing some Christmas shopping and one of my rear brake caliper’s fell off as I was going over a speed bump. I googled to find nearby auto shops and this place seemed to have good reviews and very good at communication and working with customers. So I had my car towed there, and not even 30 minutes later I was already being called back with everything in detail of what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. The gentleman on the phone took a lot of his time to talk me through everything and how much it would cost. That was very important to me when I’m having to spend money on something unexpected. But from the start, Shannon the office manager was very helpful and they seemed to really want to do a good job for me in a quick time frame. They took the time to understand my situation of being without a car and they got it done very quickly. I recommend this place to anyone in the Corpus area!

It is never a good day when your vehicle runs into problems. When my husbands Silverado was in need of an overhaul not only did MasterTech provide us with great service, but honest work and great communication; unlike Pepboys and the local Chevy dealership. Extremely professional and experienced team at MasterTech mechanic shop. They service all of my vehicles (gas, diesel) and do a fantastic job. They are very honest with they’re diagnosis and always provide recommendations and options based on best practices and their practical experiences. They do a great job of getting the vehicles in/out whether its a minor service or major repair. I highly recommend you give MasterTech a try. You won’t be sorry you did.

Both of my door handles for my driver and passenger doors broke and didn’t let me open them and I was really stressed. I called the day before and they were able to get me in the next day in the morning and replaced both of my handles and for a reasonable price. Great service!

I went by today for a simple oil change and can definitely say they did beyond just that. The receptionist was very polite and took my information as soon as I walked through the door. She answered my questions about other services and was helpful from the get-go. They topped off my fluids and tire pressure without even asking, which most shops don’t do. I will definitely be coming back in the near future for a transmission flush and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop to anyone looking for a quick, yet thorough service. Thanks again!

Very professional, friendly staff, and I have been going there for all of my auto problems and have been treated kindly. The mechanics always finish there work on time, for me it was replacing my breaks (done in 1 day), oil changes, and another part that I am not able to remember but was fixed in 2 days.

I have used this facility for over three years. I will just say, if you have a problem with your car, call them up, make an appt, and tell them your problem, their mech troubleshoots and lets you know what he found wrong and what it will cost without any hidden costs, just what it will take to fix it, and they do the work that is needed. If the mech sees a safety issue not discussed he will call. I’m old school and these people are actually doing what is right with no extra, and their tech is great. Very satisfied customer and I will be back

Great service here. Took my truck in for a tire rotation and oil change. Fast friendly service with reasonable price. No complaints. The young mechanic on oil change and rotation named Kelsey was fast and did a great job. Thanks mastertech. Nice to have a reliable fast friendly place to go. They also do diesel if you need that.

The folks at Master Tech saved us hundreds of dollars and replaced our compressor in one day. Other shops wanted $200-300 more than them. Too hot to go without AC, they got to it right away. They were a pleasure to do business with and just lovely people. I wont go anywhere else now.

My vehicles remote start wasnt working and my technical issues were screwing up. Took it over here and service was fast and friendly. Mando knew exactly what to do right away. Havent had any problems. Needed my oil changed and rotate my tires so I went back here. Quick friendly service with reasonable prices. Great to have somewhere to feel comfortable to trust my car with.

They fixed my brakes the front and back at a very reasonable price and aligned the wheels. A very caring and Christian family-oriented business that care for people and do an excellent job with taking care of any mechanical problems. I totally trust them with my cars and will definitely use them from now on.

Great experience here, staff was great. Mondo did an excellent job replacing evap core and getting the dash back in without the dreaded squeaking. A/C is blowing snow balls again, highly recommended!
