What a day! Today we found ourselves 500+ miles from home on our way to enjoying the sun and beach. When we left the hotel for another day in the sun we found we had a flat tire. Looked like a machine screw or sorts. Either way it stuck our tire good. We went to Goodyear and hopped in line to get a fix going. Just needing a patch, the manager was able to slip us in quickly to get the tire fixed. It is not an overstatement to suggest he saved our day. Everyone was great, proper Covid protections were in place, and they got us taken care of fast and efficiently. 10/10 will go back to this location if I need another tire fixed. Thank you!

Just an awesome experience throughout.Brandon the tech did a flawless job on my alignment. I had got my rack n pinion replaced at another shop and unfortunately the mechanic couldnt get it done. The manager Orlando managed to get me in and got everything done in an hour. And now my 2005 Accord is driving straight.Thanks again Goodyear!!!

Ive been in Corpus a little over a year and havent gone anywhere else to have my car worked on; I havent needed to. Every problem Ive had theyve been able to resolve. From oil changes to replacing a window motor to dismantling the dash, theyve done it all. Ive had a problem with the heat for 2 to 3 years and they got that fixed too. I I truly appreciate their service, friendliness, and professionalism. A big thanks to Orlando, Mike, and the crew. Very much recommend.

Had my starter go out on my 2017 Chevy Silverado Z 71 on a Sunday during Memorial Day weekend.Orlando and his team were able to knock out the problem and get me going the same day with a new starter.I don’t think anyone in town would’ve done that for me and I would’ve been out of the truck for at least three days.These guys are straight legit and are 100% in my book. The guys that work here are busting it. Mike did a great job running the front and the guys in the back are getting after it. This place does need some more workers or another bay or both.

I Came in for tire replacement, three people came in after me, all their tires got replaced within 35 minutes, my tire got replaced last even though I was ahead of them in line, so i sat their waiting for 2 hours for one tire replacement, that’s absurd. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and won’t be coming back. Good luck to who ever decides to get work done at this establishment

Treated me very well, diagnosed my tire and front issues in a flash (had sand in my wells...cleaned up the mess, no charge! Gave me a good quote do two new tires.

The service on the car was decent. But there was one older customer loitering away at the front desk talking loudly, with his face mask pulled under his chin, so his mouth and nose were exposed. The employee present said and did nothing — in fact, he engaged the customer in small talk. I like their service, but if this is common practice for them, I’m not sure how safe their business is during a pandemic.

Good service, good price. Very clean. Counter person wears a mask and antibacterial gel is available on the counter. Same price as the creepy, dirty looking place down the street.

Went in for inspection,,of course they would fail unless purchase 4 new tires. Went to another place and passed!

Provide car care services. Have wide range of products branded their name.They are well situated and easily accessible. Have wheel chair entrance. Parking is free.They have drinks vending machine inside and coffee mixer, a waiting area.

These guys took care of my issue promptly. The screw in my tire wasnt long enough to have done any damage. I then asked if they had time to change oil as well, which he said they could. They were thorough and told me of any suggestions they had.But I declined and they did not press the issue. Thanks guys!!

Well we had to make an unexpected stop here while in town for the weekend. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, they able to get us on the road back to our family within about an hour and a half.

Had a great experience with this Goodyear store. Their manager, Mr. Orlando Silva got my vehicle in to take a look at my check engine light, and was able to explain the issue which gave me the confidence to drive back to Austin. Moreover, Corpus does not have Land Rover dealership so being at the mercy of an out of town auto establishment, Mr. Silva went above and beyond providing me with the car issue details which I can now relay to my local car dealership. I was very lucky to find this shop. I stayed at a motel nearby and had a flat on a Sunday morning. They already had a full schedule but they fit me in. I left the car, got breakfast, and when I got back, my car was ready. They were extremely reasonably priced and didnt try to sell me a bunch of extras.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE! I took my truck in for a flat repair. Was told my truck needed an alignment which It did but they said they couldnt do the alignment till both lower ball joints were replaced. They quoted me $1,000 to replace the 2 ball joints. I took my truck to 2 other places and they said my ball joints were fine.

Excellent service. Had a tire with a screw in it and needed it fixed on a Sunday. Not much else open. Took less time than originally quoted. Very satisfied. Thanks guys.

Great service. Reasonable wait when I went there for a flat repair and another time for an oil change. They had cable and I could change the channels. My only complaint is the prices were slightly high and that there were no cookies! And the coffee sucked. I did appreciate the bottled water.

I had a good experience here. I went in for a state inspection and I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Also, many other garages dont seem to like to do state inspections... Probably because it is not a high-profit job. These guys happily did the inspection and did it in a reasonable amount of time. Replacing the bluff doesnt do inspections on Saturdays which is stupid. Ill be back here.

They did not overly up sell services on our 2009 Ford Focus and the tires that I had ordered came back right on time, just as they said.Very neat, orderly and clean shop with efficient staff and service. They have an outstanding job. No problems with this store at all.

If you want your car done right come here & they will take care of you. They are always busy so dont expect to get in & out quickly, especially if the parking lot is full & there are a number of cars ahead of you. & in my opinion a job done too fast is usually a job done badly. My suggestion would be to make an appointment ahead of time. If you are a walk-in they will let you know how many are ahead of you & about how long it will take. Please try not to be rude, they are doing their best especially with how busy they are & the number of cars they get in a day. If you dont want to wait & you dont have a ride home, they will give you one. Great service. Great prices.

Put a $140 charge for “Road Maintenance Hazard” on my invoice without having discussed. I don’t want their overpriced tire insurance and think they’re a bit sly to just add it in.

I had been camping on PINS and ended up with a nail in my 33 tire. Managed to get it to Goodyear, which was one of the few with Sunday hours. Tire could not be patched, but they swapped on the spare for me at no charge whatsoever. They also took me out of band as all their bays were full and there was a couple hours worth of work already ahead of me. But they got me taken care of with minimal wait.Real good people, in my book.

One of my tires was very low on air so after my doctors appointment I ran by there, knowing it was time for a new set of tires. They told me that they would have to order the tires, which would take a couple of days. I asked if someone could at least put my spare on for me. They said they were busy and would try to get to it however it would probably take at least an hour before they would be able to get anyone to take a look at it. I left and went to Sears, bought my Set of tires, had them installed while having a nice lunch nearby.

My truck broke down right before a long car ride to Florida. They got me in fast and fixed the issue. Super friendly staff, highly recommend.

Thank you Goodyear for saving us! We were getting ready to head back to Austin from camping at Padre Island national park with our two small children when a large screw got imbedded in our tire and started a steady leak. We managed to drive to Goodyear (which was open on a Sunday!) they were really nice, got us in immediately and patched up our tire quickly and efficiently. We were delighted with the service and couldnt believe our ears when they told us THEY FIXED IT FOR FREE!!!!!😮 Amazing!!!! Who does anything for free anymore?!?! Honest, great customer service, reliable work. They are extremely busy!!! I would suggest getting there at 6:45 or 6:50 am before they open at 7:00 am to get out of there in a reasonable time.

Had to have an alternator put in last minute while moving from across the country to Corpus. Staff was extremely helpful, understanding of my emergency, got me in right away and had me out the door in 2hrs. They didnt take advantage of the fact that I would have been stranded without them. Went to get a new tire and they had me in and out in 30 minutes. I had a leak in my rear tire from a patch that had been installed improperly. Without me asking they saw the tire light on and repaired it for me. I appreciate the prompt and excellent service provided and I will continue to do business there and recommend them to others.

Extremely disappointed. I discovered I had a flat tire late last night and brought my car in at 11 am this morning. At 5 pm, I get a call stating they could not fix my tire and they did not have my tire in stock. This is after I had already called once during the day and asked how my car was and told my car was next in line. When I got to the store to ask why I wasnt called earlier when I couldve gotten this problem fixed at another place I was told appointments come first so they didnt know. However, they did know they had oil for the $50 oil change I had to have. This is ridiculous to wait 6 hours to pick up a car that isnt usable. Will not be coming back here again.

Orlando is our go-to guy. Been bringing our different vehicles there for years and he has always treated us fairly. Even when someone else gets confused behind the counter, Orlando always steps in and takes care of us. Because of him, we will continue to do business there.

Went in for an inspection at 4:10, was given a quote for 1-2 hour wait time. I agreed, asked if it was ok for me to leave and return for service, they said it was all good, so I left and returned within the hour and was denied service, to which the guy at the counter said You should have been here, your car would have already been done. Im still confused how Im at fault when I get quoted for 1-2 hours, return well before, and then I get denied because the ONLY guy who does the inspections wont work on anything that MIGHT make him stay past 5. The best part is when the guy on the counter wouldnt answer me when I asked why Im at fault, and proceeded to pick up a phone mid conversation. The people disregard you, the store is stupid slow, and you are wrong even though they told you false information. Go to Discount Tire for your tires, and go to Jiffy Lube for your inspections.

Save yourself a trip and money. They will tell you that you need to buy new tires or that they aren’t able to patch your tire simply to sell you a new one. Every time I go here they tell me “you need new tires” but after checking with other tire shops to get multiple opinions, they all said that’s not the case. Just go elsewhere.

Had a flat tire & this was the closest place with no fee charge for flat tires..it was sunday & after leaving my car there for 2 hours they told me that it cannot be repaired & u need a new tire..So had run to Sears as it was sunday & everything was closing..In short if you have a flat tire, there are 80% chance that they will ask you to change the tire & that is the reason they have kept 0$ for flat tire fee..No if you have a flat tire dont go there

My boyfriend and I made a loooong trip to Corpus for a beach vacay and started hearing awful grinding noises coming from our wheels toward the end of the drive, so we had to stop everything and bring our car into the shop. I made an appointment at 7am for 9am the same day and had my car towed there. The guy who checked me in was pleasant and polite and listened to my every concern, and made sure not to scare me too much without looking at the car first! They got my car in fast and let my boyfriend watch everything and explained what they were doing without any hesitation. Turns out the awful noise was just a missing bolt on one of the brakes, which they promptly fixed and even replaced some missing lug nuts on a couple of the wheels! The best part....THEY ONLY CHARGED US $8 FOR THE REPAIR! I was soooo incredibly thankful, I guess we didnt even pay for the labor!!! They were awesome and seemed very knowledgeable and shot us straight about everything, and checked the rest of the car out for free and even quoted us for a new tire that we might need before we make the trip back home. I wish every mechanic visit would go this smoothly, especially being a young woman. Thanks again to the GoodGuys 👍🏻

Do not waste your time or money! Called about a state inspection and told to come in. When I arrived 30 minutes later was told they would not do anymore inspections that day. Sign on door says they are done Saturdays from 9-1. It was 11:15. When I reminded him that I had called he told me someone had come before me so too bad. Very rude.

Worst service, constant upcharge, terrible communication.Wait 2 hours for inspection. When inspection was completed told failed because emergency brake wouldnt fully release. Told lubrication would fix the issue. Why didnt they just lube the mechanism? Didnt want to dirty mat. Ever hear of absorbant diapers? Rags? If it was that easy to fix why not address?Told have to wait another 2 hours until next inspection.Unprofessional, inexperienced money mongers. Worst business, people wonder why mechanics get a bad reputation for price gouging and deception.DO NOT RECOMMEND. COULDNT MANAGE A SIMPLE MAINTENANCE ISSUE.

Kept me waiting 2 and a half hours for an inspection. Employees spoke two fast and mumbled, were hard to understand and had no patience for a customer like myself who sustained hearing loss in the military. Not worth the time or the money to deal with people like this.

Went with a flat tire although they did not carry the size of tire I needed they were very helpful, friendly and polite . I would have had to wait 2 to 3 days for the tire to come in . I decided to tow it to another tire place that said less time big mistake my car sat there for 9 days . Next time I will stick to Goodyear.

Bought $1000 plus tires, got my truck back with TPC issues and vibration problems that I did not have, set up two appointments and still could not get anything done before I needed my work truck back. Scheduling seems to be an issue to resolve issues. Tech outside work told me balance machine has issues and TPC repair kits were most likely installed wrong and battery wasnt replaced. Very disappointed.

I set an appointment for the next day and the guys delivered great service.

3 hour wait for a vehicle inspection! Rediculous!! I was told about an hour wait so I decided to wait..and wait...and wait. I was the only one in the lobby! Ignored me the whole time. Go somewhere else.

Staff was nice enough, but like other reviewers, I made an appointment and it didnt seem to make much of a difference. Waited 1 hr. 20 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Wouldnt go back.
