Had to wait four hours for a cab ride to back to Waterloo Iowa. I was graciously allowed to wait at Kum & Go, located across the intersection from the Iowa River Landing-U of I H&C.The staff were very kind and understanding of my predicament.The outside seating area was kept very clean of trash and they wiped the tables down frequently, although I was the only one there.Inside the store was also clean. Prices are comparable to other convenience stores throughout the state.

Kept cancelling transaction. After 15-20 minutes none of the 3 people working knew what was wrong or how to fix it. Something about a diesel delivery that wasn’t reset????!!!!

Dude! $1 slushees all summer (‘19) if you’re in the rewards program. Easy and free to sign up. And these slushees are the real deal, people. 7-11 type slushees for all you Chicagoland folks. Get on it!

Recently I went into this location and my son was wanting a slice of 🍕 Pizza, we noticed that there was a newer old man there with glasses but he was very rude and disrespectful!!! When he gave my son his slice of pizza, it was in the little cardboard open piece,so then he slid it across the top of the counter. I spoke up and said next time can you please put that in a plastic bag, he said (thats not my job) I told him that it was his job to do customer service and the counter was very unsanitary and dirty where everyone touches and he just argued under his breath!!! I will not stop at that location any more that was unnecessary attitude thats needing adjusting.🤷🏻🤦🏻🤬

Filthy kitchen puts human fluids on their sealed items. Health department was informed company took almost a week to respond. Refuses to step up and say if their employee doing this is still employed.

Went to grab some food and drinks after a 4 hour drive only to have the cashier tell my friend and I to hurry up because times up because she needs to use the restroom...... rudest customer service I have ever experienced. 11:54pm January 31st.Will not be shopping here again.

Spotted to buy ice and clean the windshield. The ice was one solid block and I checked 5 squeegee buckets before I found one with any water. The one I did find smelled like sewer. Poorly maintained.
