My cake was COMPLETELY wrong after being made the day I ordered it🤦‍♀️ I ordered vanilla with pralines and cream but I got chocolate mocha almond no where near right and she can’t have chocolate.

Said open until 10pm on Saturday. Its closed at 9pm. Exactly why I always just go to the Covington location.

My kids and I came to this Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin Donuts location to try one of their mangonadas that they have promoting on their signs on 04/02/2021, and the girl that works their told me that they dont know how to make them. When I asked why do you have the signs for them if you dont know how to make them she told me that no one came to train them and show them how to make them. When I ordered something from the Dunkins menu she kept cutting me off when ordering and at the window she gave me an ugly look and said here. Way to go Baskin-Robbins/dunkin donuts, promoting something you cant sell. Very disappointed again with this location. If its not rude staff its something else. Not coming back to this location again.

Aweful customer service. My first visit and I will not return. Ive never been to a Baskin Robbins that I couldnt buy a hand packed quart of ice cream. Only handpacked pints. I dont have enough time to elaborate on the poor customer service. Be prepared to eat it right away. The ice cream wasnt hard and i brought 2 additional pints for the freezer only to get around to see it has a sundae top. I asked about the hard pink top and was told they dont have it. Wth first and last time for me.

Went here the other day (4/29/2020) and ordered a scoop of cookies and creme ice cream and a banana split. They asked if we wanted chocolate, vanilla and strawberry ice cream, pineapple, hot fudge and caramel toppings and we said yes. We got to the window and they gave us the scoop of cookies and cream. We waited for almost 5 minutes before they returned to the window and gave us the banana split. The guy told us to be careful because it was fully loaded. We pulled out of the drive thru and went and parked in a parking space so we could eat our ice cream (covid19 caused dine in and patio options to be unavailable). We pulled the ice cream out of the bag and was greeted with an already melted banana split. Now, how the banana split melted in the 10 seconds it took for us to leave the drive thru and park, I will never understand. Needless to say we did not eat the ice cream nor did I have the energy to even go complain because the staff saw what the banana split looked like before they put it in the bag. I honestly think someone else ordered a banana split and changed their mind after it had been made which and it was left to the side and we just so happened to come around. I will not be visiting this location again. Ill stick to the one on Salem Rd.

My very first and last visit to this business was a shock. I had received a $2 off coupon on Tuesday, July 11th from T-Mobile and went to redeem it the next day with granddaughter. Went thru your drive-in window and looked at the board and saw that a ice cream cone could be gotten for $.99, so I requested 2 vanilla and went to window to pay. However, as I handed my debit card to the young lady she said it would be $3.33. I am like for what, I only ordered 2 cones and the board had it listed at $.99. She proceed to inform me that was only for the cone not the ice cream scoop. So it would seem that BASKIN ROBBIN sell to the customer THEIR empty cone for $.99 and hold the topping (ice cream) as hostage. Thanks, it was really an enlightening experience for me. I normally go to McDonald even Burger King and get both the cone with ice cream for at least $1.07 times 2 not spend $5.33. Since I had told my grandchild she would be getting ice cream, I paid your price. The scoop was a decent size but, it wasnt even good ice cream for the price charged. It tasted more like what you get after it has been left in the freezer too long. Thanks for that taste and again, I wont be back.

Worst experience ever. Came to the drive thru and ordered a one scoop sundae. Sadly I never received it. I was told by management to park my car and wait for someone to bring it to me. After waiting 15mins in my car I went inside and the same manager forgot who I was. When I told her I never got the icecream she asked how much did I pay and gave me three bucks from the tip jar. Which was not what I paid at the window. Highly disappointed in my customer service today. Way to treat your veterans Dunkin!

Location is ok. Speed of service and lack of menu items in stock are happening more frequently.

They were very friendly but they got my order wrong. I wanted to separate orders and they combined both orders and added everything together.

Oh my gosh i am telling you the place is disgusting and the milk in my milk shake was spoiled, spelled horribble.. they didnt have the first two things i wanted to order. the staff was rushing me and were totally rude.. i will definitely never be going back and will be letting every body know how dirty and disgusting that sorry excuse of a business is

They were closing up an hour before the time listed on the door and whoever was working seemed like anyone is the store was an inconvenience. We left and went somewhere else.
