I have used this facility for at least 10 years for family mishaps and the work has been consistently First Class. The nearby Lexus dealer also uses Simply Superior and this in itself is a good recommendation. The place is always busy but the attention to detail is always there and I would never go anywhere else even though it is a 35 mile drive for me.
