I had the pleasure of working with Luis. He was very patient with me and my constant calling. He kept me informed of every step, never sounded annoyed with me calling for updates and even took the tail light covers off to wash the car for me as requested. The repair is PERFECT! I can’t even tell there was ever any damage. Ask for Luis when you bring your car here. You won’t be disappointed!

I had an auto collision accident and was referred to Caliber by my insurer. I will absolutely use them again for any future collision repair needs. They did great work and kept good communication lines with me throughout the process. They also work directly with Enterprise for rental pick-up/drop-off which was very convenient.

I had a wonderful experience with Caliber from beginning to end... well as wonderful as can be expected when dealing with insurance and repairs.My drivers side was damaged when another car backed into mine. I was grateful that the driver was insured, but this was not something I wanted to deal with. After filing a claim, the other driver was determined at fault and State Farm sent over a list of repair shops I could choose from. I had heard good things about Caliber and was happy to see that they had an online scheduling system. I work graveyard, so it can be difficult to play phone tag to make arrangements. I uploaded photos of the damage and other requested information to Calibers site. Nicole was delightful to work with. She was friendly and accommodating when I had to reschedule my repairs due to problems with the rental coordination at Hertz.When I dropped off my car, the rental company was unresponsive. She called them on my behalf to expedite the shuttle driver. She followed up during the repairs to let me know there was additional damage, and she pushed for the repairs to be covered.The process of getting my repairs coordinated due to State Farm and Hertz was long and drawn out, and anxiety inducing. The actual visit to Caliber and repair process was the only calm in this chaos. There was clear and constant communication and I truly appreciate that.

Caliber did a wonderful job repairing my car. I was not overly pleased with service from ENTERPRISE Car Rental however. Watch your contract carefully, they are a little dodgy.

I was in a car accident in June the front of my car was wrecked. I came here th through my insurance Luis with my mechanic help me the whole way through called me every step of the way help me with every little problem . Nicole was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and had great interpersonal skills in explaining to me the repair process. Called me every few days with updates. Also, a couple days later after the repairs were finished, my door still sounded like there was air gaps not allowing my door to seal properly-Nicole made arrangements for me to come back in and conducted a stress test and put me in a rental car for another day. Nicole went over and beyond in taking care of business. She deserves a raise.

Absolutely wonderful. Fixed my car perfectly and even cleaned it! The staff are great. I was so incredibly stressed out about getting my car fixed, but they were so friendly and helpful that it really eased a lot of the stress. Cant recommend them enough.

I meet Toni and the Caliber Collision team by accident (pun intended). My Jeep Unlimited Rubicon was rear-ended, my tow receiver took the brunt of the hit and bumper/rear-end wasn’t damaged. The rear cross-member of the frame was twisted & bent pushing it into the muffler and I was really worried about frame damage to the Jeep. The Caliber Collision team did everything they said they would, from vehicle inspection, answered my questions regarding my vehicle, assisted me with the car rental, the repairs were quoted, approved and repairs were done very fast.I was on a work trip when Toni called to say my Jeep was repaired, my return flight had to be changed to later time, and I thought I would not be at the office until after closing time. Toni worked with me and we made plans to pick up my Jeep after hours if needed due to change in my plans. I was able to make to the office before they closed on Friday.Thanks for repairing my Jeep and getting me back on the road again.Happy trails, Randy

Horrible company. Held my car almost 2 months before it was a total loss. It was like pulling teeth trying to get any info from them. Wouldnt recommend them at all.

Awesome service and even better job with the repair. As with most situations requiring car repairs, I was stressed & the timing was bad. However, the staff at Caliber, from the ladies at the front desk to the manager, Charlie, made the experience easy and seamless. They helped me deal with insurance and in obtaining a rental car too. The turn around was quick and they returned my car looking better than ever. I really appreciate how helpful and precise they were!

I hate to leave a negative review. But my vehicle went in got fixed but they broke something in the process. It was fixed with in 2 weeks management was really apologetic and got it handled. But qc really needs to step up before a vehicle leaves the shop

I recently had my work truck repaired at the Caliber Collision in Concord. They replaced the fender, repaired the hood and blended the door. Repairs were top notch and Briana’s customer service was exceptional! She Updated me daily on the where the truck was in the repair process and was super friendly. Her and the concord location have earned a customer for life.

Called in due to my window whistling at highway speeds, got told to come right in to have it checked out. The tech came out and told me to give him about 30 minutes and he’d have the car ready that it was a simple fix. Came back to pick up my car with no more whistle ! Amazing quick customer service. Highly recommend to anyone with any type of body issues !

My taillight was broken and I dropped my car off at 1:00pm and it was done by 3:30pm. I was expecting at least the next day to get my car back. I was shocked an very happy.

I Brought my car to Caliber collision after a minor fender bender. Brianas customer service was great, she kept me updated and took the time to explain anything i had questions on. The repairs looked great, you’d never guess that I had been in an accident! Hopefully i won’t need to but if i ever get in another accident I will definitely be going back to this location!

My estimator was very nice and thorough. My issue was with my initial contact. I did a search of shops in my area and phoned them for their location so that I may drop by for an estimate. The response that I received was as if they didnt need my business. The best thing was that they gave me the name of their competitor and thats who I went with.

Briana was quick to address my trucks issues and handled everything with the insurance company. She even had the vehicle delivered for me.

When I got into my accident and brought it to Calliber, Amanda did a great job of walking me through the process of how everything is going to work. She let me know that Francisco was going to be my estimator. When my car arrived, both Amanda and Francisco let me know it was there. Francisco did an amazing job of keeping me updated throughout the process of my car getting worked on. I never had any issues with not knowing the status of my car which I appreciate!! Once my car was done, Francisco let me know right away and gave me flexible times to pick up my car because of my work schedule. When I went to pick up my car, unfortunately Francisco was not in which I was bummbed about because I never got to meet him but I do want to give a huge thanks to him!! Amanda was the one who helped me with the pick up process and walked around my car with me making sure every thing looked good. The repairs were phenomenal and I loved my car - it looked brand new!I’m so happy I went to Calliber, I will never go anywhere else.
