After several horrible experiences with other companies, this Penske location was very pleasant to work with through a billing issue.I moved more than three months before, and finally reviewed my Penske payment to see if the security deposit was returned. Id returned the truck shortly after closing, but had coordinated with the location in advance about it. The system had charged me the extra day by default.The location honored their verbal coordination, and agreed to refund me the difference. Even though the credit refund period had expired, the people here went through the process of mailing me a check to make up for the extra day charged.Thanks folks.

Very professional and well organized.

Truck worked great. The two men with red beards running counter were very unprofessional and unpleasant. I returned the truck and asked to do a walk through. He claimed he was busy in the office and will inspect it later. He was watching a video or movie on his phone he had it sitting on a little business card stand. I dont understand how two grown men could be so lazy about their job.....
