Excellent customer service! Went above and beyond to make sure my husband had all that he needed to fix a broken water pipe even after they were closed for the day. This store is awesome and they have great customer service. I called about a specific Kohler part that you cant get at HD or Lowes and the said they had someting. When I arrived they found the part I needed in a spare parts box and gave it to me. Its a $3 part, but I really appricate the effort. I will be going back when I need a new Kohler shower head and parts....so much more knowlegdeable than the folks a HD or Lowes.
