I love Sherwin- Williams paint. I am always pleased with the paint whenever I buy.

When I first arrived, I was the only one in line. I was using a small night table door for color matching. The associate had trouble with the machine but rectified it. The store started to fill up and he was the only one in the store. The color he mixed didnt match with the door so I rejected it and found a better match from paint chip. I spent almost a hour waiting while he assisted other customers, too. I understand his dilemma, however, Ive had much better service at other SW locations in Forestville and Oxon Hill. They were very knowledgeable.

For months I was able to call the store before arriving and was willing to prepay. The previous personnel was two white guys; they were replaced by a young Black woman and a younger guy. At one time, both the new workers and old were in the store. The new personnel was handling the front desk. They were managing the customers so poorly. I left, called the store, and returned to the store and picked up the paint. On my last visit, the new personnel was there. I tried to get in my order. The women said the pre-call service was stopped. I called the Clinton store, and she said that was not their policy. I no go 10 miles out my way to get good customer service.

Aaron was amazing. I called twice to place my order and even added an additional item at curbside. He was wonderful. I think the prices are a little high, but the service is always exceptional and I have used this company for years.

I went to the Sherwin-Williams in Clinton and the gentleman there was exceedingly helpful very diligent and a tentative. I left the store with my issue fully resolved. Great manager, he needs a raise and not a step ladder!

My wife and I wanted to touch up the paint in our bedroom in the house that we just bought. Unfortunately, there were no cans laying around the house, so we had no idea what color it was. We tried taking a sample to Lowes to have them match it, but they couldnt even come close... which was a real hassle considering we didnt realize it until we got home and put it on the walls. Anyway, a friend suggested that Sherwin Williams was much better at matching colors so we gave them a shot. When we went to the store, every store associate greeted up and took a genuine interest in our problem. They quickly matched the paint in their HGTV line and gave us advice on how to apply it. Overall, visiting the store was a very good experience. As far as the paint, they matched it perfectly. YOU COULDNT EVEN TELL WHERE WE HAD PAINTED AND WHERE WE HADNT! I was amazed. Will most definitely be going back to them next time we have to paint.

If there was more consistency in the customer service. My last visit was very disturbing as I was not greeted upon entry and I stood awaiting assistance and was never acknowledged. There was one associate (male) assisting a customer at the counter and one associate came from the back (female) and she was busy unpacking a metal stool that had just arrived in shipment but she did not even speak nor asked me if I had been helped or need help. I did not feel welcome nor appreciated. Lowes was a few doors down and I could have easily went there to get paint. Because I purchased a small container of paint to paint my kitchen island, I only purchased the same brand to do my kitchen cabinets for cohesiveness.

Nice small store. I didnt buy any paint but i did buy a swatch stick. Had hundreds of paint sample colors on it for like $13 bucks.

Speak to customer servants. They know what they are doing and wi help you.

Came here to buy some paint for a front door. The people working there were very help and got the right kind for exterior door. It took a while to get the color made like 20 min but the helper gave me a discount for waiting so long.
