The best service of any establishment Ive ever visited. They are patient and helpful, no matter how busy or short staffed they are. Ive moved out of state, and I miss them already. All UPS stores are NOT equal. The employees at this location make this store great.

I think it’s a very good thing to have a UPS Store in Clinton Ms. The staff is very courteous and kind. They move quickly and I have never experienced any issues while using their services. I mean my packages and mail whether picking up or sending I’ve had no issues. I even get my papers notarized there. They are very very professional I wouldn’t change a thing. I truly thank the employees for all that they do.

UPS lost my important package. I went to ask them to track and followup on my package, they called the POLICE. The next day,I went again to check on my package as it was very important to me, they called the POLICE again. I shipped the package on 12/29 and on 1/8/21, after 11 days UPS cannot track my package. When I check the store again, they called the POLICE a third time. Please do NOT use this UPS store. Customer service is rude and bad.

Very professional and fast.

Ordered decor for church scheduled for delivery today on 2/1 and Ive been sitting under my carport for over an hour, while the kids play outside, waiting for the delivery. Then at 3:38 I received a text from Amazon saying Delivery attempted today at 3:30pm; unacceptable!

I love The UPS store in Clinton. It is by far the best location here in MS. I travel from Ridgeland just to get my needs met. The staff is always friendly and professional. Gwendolyn is an excellent manager!

I drive from Ridgeland to do business at this location. I have been doing this forever years, I really appreciate them for making me feel valued as a customer. I closed my P.O. Box with the post office to use theirs. I’m pleased! They go above & beyond. The Store Mgr Gwen and her staff is THEEEEE BESTTT!
